Norco, La Grande

I've had a C-PAP machine with Norco for 6 or 7 years now. It was determined at my last hospital C-PAP review that I needed a new machine. Through all of my interactions with the La Grande Norco, I have felt listened to and supported. They were helpful in getting a new machine to me promptly and are generally friendly when we interact.

Norco in Lagrande oregon is the place to go for a CPAP machine and supplies.Nikki Ployhar there respiratory therapist is the best she will work with you until you find the right face mask and supplies.I can't say enough about Nikki she is awsome.Norco needs to open up an office in Lake Havasu City AZ Nikki would be the perfect manager. Lake-havasu-city is a big retirement city you would do a booming business

Have had good experience with Norco people. They make sure you understand what is going on with your acct. and what to expect.

I started dealing with these guys in early April. These guys are great. Rachelle has and is so helpful to me, she has went out of her way to help me. She is a considerate caring person in this tough time for me. Stacey,Paul and Russell are just as great and professional. They go out of their way, to make sure you are taken care of.Thank you, you guys. You all deserve a raise!! :)

Nikki Ployhar and the ladies in front office are amazing women who i love dearly. They take your concerns to heart and answer all questions to the best of their knowledge. I highly recommend working with Norco and these ladies if you have cpap equipment. Thank you Ladies for your awesome support and amazing customer service.

There are a rare few companies that will serve customers like we received this morning. I am on vacation and found that a key component of my CPAP was missing. I have nearly suffocated for the first half of my vacation. I found Norco on Google and called this morning. Rachelle did not hesitate and told me to come right in. She went to great lengths to see that I had what I needed and found a sample that fit my machine. She wouldn’t take any pay! I have never seen this genuine concern for customers in any other medical supply store. Thanks for saving my vacation!!! I wish you had stores i Kansas. K. Ross

Rachelle Smith was a life saver…while starting out our vacation I discovered I was missing the connecting piece from the mask to the hose.,.On our way through Oregon I looked at the map for c-pap suppliers and called Norco Rachelle answered the phone and when I asked if they had the elbow she took time to check and said would hold it for me. When I arrived in
LaGrande I went to the office and she had the needed item in a zip lock back and with a smile gave me the elbow and would not take any money she said just be sale. It is professional s like Rachelle that make businesses successful. Thanks Rachelle you are a valued employee. Rick Connell Ogden Utah

Watch these guys, Norco over charges. So I got an invoice for $700+. I have Moda for my insurance. They said Moda wouldn't pay for it so they started sending me invoices. I called Moda and not only are they paying for it. I think they filed a formal complaint. I know she told me they were doing it for somebody I don't know. Couldn't have been anybody else but Norco. She called the number on my invoice and my bill was not $700. It was $300. They also charge me for a external heating device that was already built in my my CPAP machine. I didn't have a heating device but they charged me for it 70 bucks and there's other things they charge me for. That's why the bill went from $700 to $300 immediately when Moda called them. Be very careful of these guys. And more than likely you have a CPAP machine that has a built-in heating element and humidifier. Don't let them charge you for separate devices.
