Great place to get down by the water to fish. Just don't go barefoot as I have seen quite a few broken bottles and fish hooks.

Even during a historic flood this place provides beautiful photo opportunities. I grew up playing on the playground equipment in the park, watching soccer games and playing ball here and so have our kids. I do miss the barrel on the playground and the swaying suspension bridge!

We had my son’s BSA Eagle court of honor at the old post park. The pavilion we used was very nice and well maintained. We had access to electricity and water the restrooms were about 50 yards away that were fairly clean. Good park

This place is fantastic! Plenty of parking and play space with Frisbee golf and a play area. It also offers a great view of the Arkansas river at Dardanelle and is well maintained.

Great place for a large outdoor Gathering. There are large Pavilions, clean restroom facilities, and several playground areas so you'll always have one close by to keep an eye on kids. There is an area to play volleyball and plenty of large trees to lay out a blanket and have a picnic.

Great place for camping, walking or family day. This place is very beautiful site where I was usually spent afternoons. It was about 7 minutes driving from where I lived. Camping site is amazing with very lovely river side. Kids can find things to play with and the tennis areas is wonderful. There is palace for bikes between the trees. The dam gives very interesting look to the area.

This was a nice place to learn about how dams work & operate. The lady at the front desk was nice & informative. This is also a good place to come for a picnic and enjoy some outdoor time. I loved all of the geese laying around and walking around. Just another place to come and get outside.

Great RV spots with Shade and Trails for Bikes. The view of the Arkansas River from the campsites is gorgeous. In the general area, playgrounds for the kids with tennis and basketball courts are in nice condition for the community. Just down the road before the Dam Park is the soccer complex encircled by a paved bike course or walking course, whichever you choose.

Nice park by the river. Good walking, picnicking, and playing with kids. Lots of soccer players. Go up to the facility up top and get a great view and place to meditate

Beautiful views of the Arkansas River. And of course you have the lock where all the tugs come in. That's always a lot of fun to watch. And there is fishing here also.
