Sears Hometown Store

I want to thank the salesman for my wonderful replacement vacuum! My Kenmore canister had a faulty power head after 6 months of use. I expected to have to buy a new power head and instead walked out with a new vacuum! Great service and warranty. Such a pleasure to shop my home town Sears store.

James was the associate I spoke to on the phone. He was very helpful, going out of his way to check on the router I asked him about. He gave me information that allowed me to purchase a better router at the same price as the lesser one. Thank you, James.Your helpful attitude would be a benefit to any employer. God bless you. Though I originally gave a negative review of your store, the owner so graciously sent an apology. Thank you, Sir. Your apology effectively changed my opinion of you and your store. The staff is very helpful. They always help me find what I need and recommend more things that help with my projects. A lady named Amanda is great at her job. If you need help she will go above and beyond to find exactly what you are looking for and if they don't have it they will order it.

Sears is a great appliance store. With my sears card i was able to get a fridge when I needed it most and the staff there is very helpful. Amanda and Ricardo are always there if assistance is needed and they know their applicances well. This hometown store is second to none.

Walked in told them income and got lease program on all three appliances with 90 day pay off! Great deal! Kenmore appliances always a plus! Happy customer!
