The order process was a breeze and the sales team were outstanding! Answering my questions and they even loaded my purchase into my vehicle. I was so impressed with the young lady working there. She was fast, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. She provided great advice on the two types of paint that I might be most satisfied with based on my needs. She helped someone on the phone while mixing my paints and made me feel she was still engaged with me. She worked quickly and moved easily from one task to the next without missing a beat. She acknowledged others as they entered the store and communicated with her co-worker without making anyone feel that she was rushed or making us feel neglected. I believe her name was Regan. She is a great asset to your organization!

I have been a long time customer of Sherwin-Williams and when I wanted to paint my new picnic table, of course I went to Sherwin-Williams. The guys at the store in Russellville were extremely helpful. After I asked many questions, they helped me decide that Woodscapes stain was my best option. I was looking over the color swatch and then they told me that I could have it in ANY COLOR! I am so pleased with my picnic table stained with CLOUDBURST Woodscapes stain.
