Smith Dental - Aloha

Outstanding service at very reasonable prices. My wife and I recently moved from another dentist because there always seemed to be something new to be done and it was always very expensive. We are both retired. The office personnel at Smith are very friendly and proficient and the dentists and hygienists are top notch. Like all dentists they make recommendations, but they will work with you to get the care you feel you need even if it differs from their initial recommendations. We look forward to a long association here.

My daughter has a rough time with pain and a fear of dentists. We struggled to find anyone who could be patient with her and allow her to work through the fear. Smith Dental went above and beyond and had such grace and care with her. It took awhile but we were able to get a tooth pulled and even some fillings done. We won't go anywhere else now even if we have to drive a little further! Very professional and friendly staff. I highly recommend them!

I have been going to Smith Dental for years and they have never disappointed me. They are very kind and always give me good advice and let me know if anything is wrong with my teeth. They work with me to make sure I can afford any treatment I may need and have always done a great job fixing my teeth and keeping me comfortable while doing so. If I have a problem with a tooth they are quick to get me in and always take care of me. I will not go to any other dentist after finding these guys. Smith Dental for life!

First time going to Smith Dental a few weeks ago. Enjoyed my experience a lot. They were very friendly and on time. The appointment started and ended on time. I also received a hand written thank you note, which is a nice change from the big box dentals I’m use to. Will be going back in the future :)

My favorite part though? They're just wonderful people! Not a single solitary person working at this location feels like a stranger. To me, the worst part of going to any healthcare provider is having a stranger poke at me; Truth is, you're more family here than at any Olive Garden! Cheesy, I know :)
Not to mention the fact that every time I have shown up to my appointment early, they have been able to start my appointment early. But it would be a mistake to assume these guys rush through appointments; they take exactly the time needed, and they do it right the first time! But I have never felt like I was a burden on their schedule due to needing more anesthetic or having questions.
Shamelessly plugging the Smith Dental Hillsboro location as well-- I chipped my tooth once and of course was devastated, they got me in there ASAP and had that tooth patched up in 15 minutes or less! I promise you won't regret choosing Smith Dental, any location :)

The staff at Smith Dental are simply awesome. They are friendly, concern and caring. The treatment was thorough and with extreme minimum discomfort. I highly recommend Smith Dental. My dental care expectations were truly exceeded.

Dr. Marco was amazing with my teen daughter who has SEVERE dental anxiety and has been dealing with chronic decay for several years. We have really struggled to find a provider who helps her to feel at ease. We found Dr. Marco at Smith Dental when she had an infected tooth that needed to be extracted. Despite being a very difficult situation accompanied by pain, the team was patient and kind, helping her with breathing techniques, speaking softly and encouragingly, and had a gentle touch. We are coming out of our third appointment with the team, had some fillings done today. Despite the fear she had coming in, we were able to get them taken care of and she came out with a smile and was even joking with him. She has a lot of work still to be done, but I am hopeful that we will be able to get it taken care soon. We haven't had that hope in many years. I am so thankful for Dr. Marco and his team.

I had a bit of anxiety of going to get my teeth cleaned because I wasn't as diligent as I should have been but I went anyway. I think I had the best experience with today's cleaning with my new hygienist in the Hillsboro office. She was gentle and thorough and explained everything as she proceeded. Thank you.

I walked into smith dental 63 years of age with a mess of what once resembled teeth. Margaret's kind spirit got me started with options and costs involved. She inspired confidence in the whole process.

Dr. Gutierrez in 2 months created a masterpiece of chewing efficiency. His assistant Satoya quick and confident reminding me of the light at the end of the tunnel.

2 extractions, 8 crowns and 2 bridges later I walked out the door with new confidence in myself and a whistle id lost years ago.

This office is the shiznit. Only went once almost two months ago and came back to get my first filling. They remembered who I was and seated me within minutes.
Their office is super clean and comfortable. Offer water, cocoa or tea in waiting room.
Everyone was just super friendly and professional. They were sweet and sympathetic to me and my fear of needles and made getting my filling super easy and calm.

You guys are killing it!

I have always had such a great experience coming to Smith Dental in Aloha. The front staff are always so nice and Dr. Erik Smith is so knowledgeable and friendly. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my dental needs!

Let me just start by saying I am not a fan of going to the dentist. However, every time I've gone in to see Dr Eric and his staff I have been immensely impressed. Super professional,super clean, and every time I walk out I'm happy that I went to the dentist.

Always goes above and beyond standard experiences. They care about their patients, and I always feel recognized and valued. Simply the best dentist office I have ever had.

I haven’t been to the dentist in a couple years and decided to get checked up and they made me feel so comfortable by explaining everything that they would do and what they planned to do. The billing was also really easy and was well explained, I’m doing a procedure that requires 3 appointments and so far I really enjoyed them and the staff super friendly and helpful!

Dr.Eric an Dr.John are amazing they are very caring in how your dental experience goes ,they have always been so nice an made me feel comfortable ,they always explore every option to make sure it works best for you.
My entire family goes here an truly we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Staff very friendly. 5/5 for that. But I came in for cavity fillings, paid it all at once. The problem is they charged me twice, and since cavity fillings are so expensive, the double charge really took a chunk of my bank account. Good thing I check my bank account often, which I recommend to catch problems like these. Will not be coming back to the aloha branch.

Edit 7/13/2017: The mistake has been acknowledge in person which I really appreciated. I don't know the name of the woman that took care of me, but she was blonde and I really appreciated her. She was very professional and helpful.

Super understanding and you can tell they care about their patients and want to help them do what’s best for them and their teeth! By far the best dentists I’ve gone to.

As a guy who has always disliked going to the Dentist, that all changed when I walk in the door. They have compassion for you as a patient. I feel very comfortable going to the Dentist now and they are the reason why!
