Arkansas River Valley Roofing and Restoration

I recently had our roof replaced by Arkansas River Valley Roofing. The entire process from the free estimate to the finished product went extremely well! Kyle and crew did a superb job. They were punctual and efficient. I must also say they did a wonderful job cleaning up. My wife and I highly recommend this company.

It's uncommon these days to deal with a company that has such great customer service. These guys were easy to work with and guided me through the whole process. They were able to quickly tear off and redo my entire roof and outbuilding in under a day and a half. They cleaned up their mess and were very professional. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

The customer service I received from this company was OUTSTANDING! They explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. I was never left with questions regarding my insurance claim or installation of new roof and gutters. The quality of material they use seems top notch as well. This company came through for my mother who had been waiting for months for repair with another company. They worked til after dark on a Sunday and got the job done. This company is clearly dedicated to get the job done and done right. Very appreciative to them for taking care of this for my mom.

Let me know plan in advance for when materials would arrive and work would be done. Very upfront on what cost would be and did not deviate from the original agreements, helped with insurance claim information. Roof looks fantastic, did not leave a mess when work was completed. Made the entire process very simple and easy for me, 10/10 would recommend and use again.

I have used this company twice now. Once as a replacement roofing for my Aunt and recently for our home. Matt and Chris are absolutely the best. Needed a new roof due to hail Damage. They sent a project manager came out, inspected . Met my insurance adjuster . And help me the whole process. My roof looks amazing. Excellent work

Next roof I need they will be my first call. Several well known companies in the area never bothered to call me back. Worked with me on pricing and worked around my ridiculous schedule. Fully informed us throughout the process and stayed in contact. Got exactly what I needed and it was done in a timely manner. When the supplies were delayed due to issues with the supply company I was kept updated. Never hesitated to answer any of my questions and helped guide us through the process.

Hail damage to the roof. Recommended by a buddy. They met me on my schedule and basically handled all the insurance themselves. Very responsive to calls. The crew cleans up after themselves very well. Only found a few nails stuck in between some rocks around the flower bed. To top it off, their work comes with a no leak guarantee for 5(?) Years

Matt and his staff were very friendly and gave us excellent information about getting our roof replaced. Their workers worked in stifling heat of 99 degrees and completed the work within a day. The roofers cleaned up our yard after they completed the work. Our 46 year-old home looks totally different and we are well pleased with their work.
