Logan was such a great worker, he helped me with every questions that i needed, and shade matched me twice when asked!! also every staff there i think have talked to me askin if needed help, it was great going to this store!! would recommend to anybody!!

Sorry this took so long to get posted. I went in for Christmas presents for my girlfriend. The tall gentleman, sorry, forgot his name, asked how he could help. I gave him her number so he could look up the proper colors. Not only did he do that, but he also gave me an idea of what she may need based on previous purchase history. There was a smaller petite lady employee that grabbed a basket and confirmed that she had the proper product and color I was there for. The look my GF and her mom gave me when I had the colors and products perfect was the icing on the cake.

I’m new to this area and you just don’t find this level of customer service and care often around here. So thank you very much, I’ve probably told 20 people about the great experience!

I go every other month and have Lisa Mims work magic on my hair. She has done such a beautiful job, greatly improving my cut, color and texture! Everyone there is so friendly, helpful and fun. These are my me time breaks and I love it. As far as beauty supplies, if ULTA doesn't have it, you probably don't need it. Floor staff are very helpful and prices are competitive

The Benton Ulta is always the cleanest, best stocked, and has the most helpful workers out of all the Ultas I've been in. Love shopping there!

I stopped by a few days ago in hopes of getting my makeup done for an event. That wasn't able to happen so I decided to buy some products and do it myself. I also wanted to get fake eyelashes but hate doing those myself. Travis helped me and was amazing! Helped me get my lashes on, helped with finding eyeshadow and just was an overall godsend! Thank you so much Travis for the help and just being so nice and friendly.

I bought a bottle of self tanner and after two attempts it clearly wasnt working.. i was dreading returning it but it was a snap. The girl took my receipt, scanned it,scanned the bottle, pressed a couple buttons and i was outta there in less time it took me to stand in line. Customer service was great.

Went today, Karley cut and colored my haired. Great job. Travis helped me with my make up and getting the right brushes. Gave me some pointers on how to do my make up. Every time I go there they are always so knowledgeable and they’re always so sweet and do a fantastic job. 5 Stars guys Thanks : )

This was my first time in this store. Shay was incredible. She was very knowledgeable of all the products and very helpful. She didn't make me feel bad for asking the questions that I was asking. I will definitely be asking for her help again when I go back

Honey Jamera Adams exceeded my expectations! If my hair looks this nice with just a shampoo and trim, then I will definitely be going to her for special occasions! I also love how quickly I was able to get an appointment. It was really last minute for me and Ultas website let me view real-time appointment openings.

My daughter and I stopped by to see how the other half lives today 03/24/19. The staff was very very nice to us and so helpful.
I absolutely love Ulta beauty and being part of the Ulta beauty family makes it feel like you are at home no matter the location. I went into the Store about a month ago, and I was so impressed with Marian!!! She helped me tremendously. One thing that I appreciated was the way she LISTENED to me and didn't try to just over-sell me in one particular line. We walked all over the store and found the skincare and make-up that met my needs. I just want you to know what an asset she is to your company!!!

I absolutely love going here for my hair! Danielle always does an AMAZING job. Both she and Jordan are literally the only two people I would ever trust to do anything to my hair and they are both very knowledgeable in their profession. I tend to have a lot of crazy ideas on a whim and they always help me do them effectively as well as safely. They’re also both great at offering ideas to make my hair better long term as well as color options with what I’m thinking. If you’re thinking of trying out a new product but don’t know what would work or if you have anything you want done to your hair, but no concrete idea, look no further than these two. You won’t regret it and anyone who says otherwise obviously isn’t telling the whole truth ^_^

I will also recommend Stephanie for facials. She is literally AMAZING! I’ve never had someone who is as knowledgeable and did as good a job that actually yielded results until I went to her. I have combination skin and it’s sensitive to certain treatments; but she actually helped my skin improve and I’m very impressed.

Now- a review outside of the salon since I’m also a frequent shopper: this is the only ulta I love to go to. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Everything is neat and tidy. I love getting to walk in and feel like they actually value me as a customer. There are not enough words to describe how positive of an experience I always have here.

Holly did a wonderful job on my eyebrows, I got a wax & tint and I’m so happy with the results! It was my first time ever getting them waxed so I was nervous about how they would turn out, but I couldn’t have been happier. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer of hers. 10/10, absolutely recommend.

Lisa Keeton is hands down the best hair stylist! Not only does she LISTEN to what you want, she takes the time to talk about your options! I have been getting my hair extensions done by her; people in the past have destroyed my hair and so I was very nervous about trusting someone with my hair again. Lisa, went ABOVE AND BEYOND! She retaped my hair today and it was painless and looks great!! She really knows what she’s doing! 15 out of 10! Go see her, trust me, you’ll be glad you did!

I had my hair styled blown out. It looked wonderful after it was finished. I was treated like a queen!!!! Little pricey but, worth it.
