Was able to get everything I needed in this location. The manager there was extremely helpful and a super nice guy to talk with. Will shop here again for sure.

I did not have an issue, my sister did. The one in Little Rock on Otter Creek gave her a hard time returning a shoe an day manager had approved for return. She went back later that evening to pick up the correct shoe and was given a hard time.

I called another location, explained my sisters situation, and she said she could come right on in and exchange the shoe. She did not have the shoe for weeks. She literally purchased the she the day before and only wanted to exchange for a bigger size.

Thank you to the other location!!
