Honestly, no one truly wants to end up in a hospital if @ all possible….but unfortunately it happens & when it does you want the best care possible! I can’t thank these wonderful people enough for the care they gave my mother!!! She spent 10 days in the ICU here with the most caring, loving, hands on people I have ever met in my whole life!! I can’t thank them enough for everything they did throughout this tough time for her & my family….truly lovely staff, EACH & EVERY ONE OF THEM❤THANK YOU!!

They have treated my mom with the upmost respect.. the nursing staff is amazing.. they even provide meals for your family while visiting.. we couldn't be more blessed

I love Baptist Hospital of Saline County. They took great care of me when I was too sick to even drive. They treated me very well and we're very knowledgeable as to what was wrong with me. I will choose this hospital every time.

We went in late at night for care and the nursing staff and doctor were all extremely competent and compassionate. We felt well cared for. We called a day later with questions and the doctor on duty took time to answer patiently our concerns. Great experience and we would highly recommend.

Went in with pain and the staff was all wonderful. I can't remember all their names, but every nurse and dr was so wonderful. I'd recommend to anyone! Dr. Pafford and Dr. Talledo were both excellent. Ended up having my gallbladder removed. Thanks, guys for wonderful care. I truly felt important and cared about.

I usually write reviews when I am unhappy with a business.
Today, that is not the case.
I usually go to the Hot Springs clinic. Some of the folks there are pretty good and seem ok with their jobs. However, the check in clerk is obviously not happy to be there. She is down right surly.
Today, for the first time I visited my Cardiologist at the Encore facility. What a nice surprise.
The building is cheerful, bright and airy.
The staff from the checkin desk downstairs to the checkin desk on the 4th floor at the clinic went out of their way to make us feel welcome with happy smiling faces and great attitudes.
When Dr Paixao met with us he gave us the time we needed. We had many questions. He answered patiently, reassuringly and competently.
Overall, a great experience. I sincerely hope that if I have any kind of Cardiac event that there is time to get me to this facility.

I had to go to ER last night and was treated very good. Nurses, Dr's and staff that did my heart cath were amazing.Thank you to all for such great care. The girls at the front checking patients were amazing

These people are wonderful. I arrived early for a heart cath and was promptly taken care of. All of the staff were very nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend!!!!!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Overworked. Long wait times. Waited an hour and a half for a five minute appt. Would not recommend.

Very cold staff from the front desk to the Dr’s and nurses. There was one person there named April who was compassionate. They ended up administering a medication to my loved one that killed her almost immediately. Could have been an allergic reaction who knows. But she was gone 5 mins later. I hate that she had to spend her final moments with such a cold hearted staff who did not give a damn.

DO NOT SEE heart Dr Lendl. My daughter seen him for extremely high bp and heart rate issues. He ordered about 5 different tests. 2 weeks later her heart rate/bp was extremely high so they said they would work us in. Billing person took over 30 min to verify insurance and said they would take it and told us the copay. After waiting 3 hours he walks into the room, asked her if he had seen her before, asked what he seen her for and then said well let me look at your chart. Then proceeds to write it off to anxiety.
2 weeks later her phone starts blowing up with a calls from an Endo Dr. (His wife) My daughter checked her portal to view her labs had come back really high with NO phone call from Dr Lindel's office. I guess he just sent the referral and hoped it would work itself out. We later get a bill saying they are not going to take the insurance. After multiple attempts dealing with Candace in the billing department, she is very rude and does not try to listen or help.

We get to the Endo Dr appointment and they are giving us the run around about insurance again even though we have called them personally multiple times and verified they the heart hospital is wrong about this plan and it is NOT a limited plan. They tell us we can speak to Candace, we ask for someone else and get an administrator, Ty Griffith who refuses to listen, talks over you and again is saying they will not bill the insurance because they are not going to write off the visit. He again says it doesn’t matter what our insurance is that they choose not to take it even though previously we were told they would. He agreed for her to be seen because she has a credit on her account but is refusing to bill insurance on this visit nor the last even though we were told it was fine and would be billed. Then he proceeds to say “I hope you don’t expect your mom to go to your appointment with you because you are 21 and an adult” .

Go into the Endo appt for her to tell us this is not an Endo issue and that there are just labs that we should order. I asked why we would be referred to Endo if that was not issue. So $250 cash pay to just order some labs and write it off to Dehydration for this 5 year long battle of hypertension. I asked why we were referred if this wasn't and Endo issue and was told she would cancel the visit and we left.

So. if you are in your twenties and having high blood pressure and high pulse rates...they just say its dehydration and anxiety. Go somewhere else that will actually take you seriously and not just your money. Now we are back to square one trying to find out what is causing these issues. This has been the worst experience and I will definitely spread the word NOT to go any of the AR Heart Hospitals or clinics.

I didn’t get hired they’re because I wasn’t caucasian I put on my application that’s i was because it’s so hard now a days getting a job so I figured If I put I was caucasian i would get a call back I got a call back and got there did a great interview they told me how they would send me to school and everything then ,told me to wait for a call back instead of being honest and telling me they weren’t interested because they thought I was a different race
