Average gas price, pretty neat inside and out. Slowest fuel pump ever tho!

No one wanted to help me. The sale for non members for 3 for $7 was not activated and when I asked for help the lady said I must be wrong. I showed her the sign and she still didn’t want to help. With the way they treat customers they will be out of business soon.

Stuck my card in the pump to get gas, pump said see cashier, saw the older lady in her 60’s who is rude as hell first off. 2nd I explained to her I’m trying to get gas, showed her receipt where pump debit $0.00 but my checking account showed -$50. She was very argumentative with me. This was at 2:05pm on July 1, 2022. The manager said oh it’ll take 30 minutes and correct itself, 6 bourse later and my account shows -$50 where the gas station charged me. So I’m out -$50 from this gas station who stole money from me like gas ain’t expensive!

Do NOT trust this company or the bryant Hwy 5 location! I asked the cashier if I could use a big red card that I recieve today for the 2 for 11 15 pack of sodas.. she told me yes. I proceeded to get gas and some other items. upon check out my amount was higher then I expected but paid because I got a few things I didn't plan on. I was about to leave when I realized I didn't get a receipt so I asked for it. she stated they don't print receipts unless someone asks. fishy.. I carried out all my things and before attempting to pump gas I read receipt and I paid full price for the 15 pks and she didn't set my pump so I had to go back in. I'm infuriated and will never trust them again!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. I tried to get gas at the pump. The card reader is broke at every pump. I needed to fill up my car about $45. They could not hold my card because they need an amount. I asked if they could do $50 and refund the rest if it was not used. The Black haired lady that was sitting on the counter said no if you don't use it no refund. Also said maybe I shoyld try a different place. I responded thats crazy and started walking out. 3 peopme that were working all yelled have a nice day and laughed. Owning a small business I would be livid if this happened at my place. L

Dude behind counter stuck his finger in my icee cup then hillbilly manager got mad at me for no longer wanting said drink. Jus go on to the Pilot down the road and save some trouble

at this gas station they are not reliable, I paid with my card for gasoline at the pump and it was cloned, every time I loaded gasoline they made me charge another time but for a different amount as if I had bought gasoline twice the same day to different hour and I never recovered what was stolen from me, also the people who serve there are racist and they serve you in a rude way and they look at you as if you were a criminal, it is a very disrespectful way of serving customers.

The customer service was awful. They were sitting around while I had to wait until they decided which one of them was going to check me out. And the one who checked me out was talking on the phone the entire time she was ringing me up. Poor service. Very dissatisfied.

Usually the employees in this store are very polite and courteous but tonight the young lady working there was very rude!

Hate this store the lady at the register was very rude she got an attitude with me when I asked for a pack of cigarettes and when I paid for them she threw them at me and laughed at me

Horrible service! The managers are rude and disrespectful. Worst valero in the area.
