Great experience! They held a reservation for a trailer for us when our truck wasn't rated to tow it and we needed to borrow another. Then Howard (who I think is the owner) fixed the wiring on the truck because it was corroded so the trailer lights wouldn't work. He really went above and beyond to help us out.

There was a very confrontational older man in line ahead of me while I was there that made it very difficult for the gentleman helping him. The gentleman- Jeffery C was very professional and answered all his questions very politely

Mr. Crow went out of his way to make sure I had what was needed. He is an excellent model for how people should treat others. Pass it on!

Jeff and Thomas were awesome! Extremely helpful and courteous. I came in without a reservation for a van, and they got me settled out immediately with all of the equipment I needed to move out and pack everything securely. The storage unit they hooked me up with was extremely clean and everything for a great price. Highly recommend them for renting any vans, trailers and self-storage units! ☆☆☆☆☆

I am a bit disappointed in the bad review on Google. I used them and find Lilly and the group most efficient, knowledgeable, trustworthy and certainly don't deserve to be called crooks. That is very harsh on an outstanding company like the U Haul on East Main in Russellville. I received clean and well maintained equipment and friendly service. I would rate them at a triple A. They are good folks and deserve to saluted for handling my rental in a very satisfying
way. Try them, you will be like me and go back again.

The vehicle was clean, rode smooth .....workers were helpful, professional, worked well with questions, didn't rush you answered all especially after hour drop off. Prices were very reasonable. Moved very quickly compared to friends helping in vehicles..... Would highly recommend rsvl one on parkway.

Kyle was great when we checked in and picked up our trailer! He was absolutely amazing when I called him to tell him we needed to return the trailer because it didn't meet our needs! He fully refunded our purchase without issue. Thanks for making our complicated moving day a little less stressful!

We had a great experience dealing with Uhaul. We ended up getting a flat on the move, but roadside assistance was great and got us back on the road quickly. We also ended up storing our thing at their facility and it was easy, clean and everyone was very helpful.

Needed lots of information to help with our moving needs.Howard and his staff are a big help. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Tanner is the man ! He deserves a raise !! He’s a great associate and helped explained all the charges and did everything he could so our card could get through so we can rent a uhaul to move. This is our 2 time using this place and we never had any problems. The cars we got were very cleaned and he also helped explain how to return the uhaul and take pictures after.

Great place to rent from, professional, and helpful. Jeffrey will take care of you!! We will be back 👍
