La Fiesta Mexican Restaurant & Lounge

Driving along the road you think you know what you're in for when you see the big pink restaurant but inside expectations are exceeded. Not only was the food very very solid but the interior of this restaurant is absolutely popping. The tile work is so much fun. The service was extremely warm and attentive and the servings were quite generous.

This place is 100% worth a stop and I hope to come back one day.

This restaurant is a hidden gem off of Hwy 84. We walked in and were immediately greeted. They served chips with refried beans, salsa and cabbage salsa, all which were very tasty and fresh.

We ordered chicken (pollo) en mole and 2 enchiladas topped with mole sauce. The chicken was moist and the mole sauce authentic. Rice and beans were excellent too. We loved the salsa so much that we bought a 12 oz to go for on the road.

Service was outstanding and the restaurant was clean, to include the bathrooms. Plenty of parking at the restaurant as well, even to accommodate a trailer that we were towing.

If you are looking for an authentic atmosphere with amazing food and service, make sure you stop here. You will not be disappointed. We will be back!

We traveled cross country from NY in the fall of 2021 and decided to eat as many tacos along the journey as we could. This restaurant was in our path.

The most colorful and beautiful restaurant that I have ever been to in my home town. A large menu and the friendliest staff. I have been many times and have always been pleased with the wonderful food and atmosphere. The art work in, on and all around the restaurant and lounge is absolutely magnificent! I really wish that I could have witnessed the process in which it was created. I would recommend to literally anyone that loves authentic Mexican food and art. A truly beautiful place to visit with loved ones.

This place is like an art museum. So beautiful and clean. Not a speck of dust to be seen. Colors are vibrant and it was all done by hand. Truly spectacular, I just walked around admiring all of the craftsmanship and detail in all of the decor. The service was also great and quick. As far as the food goes I was not impressed but it wasnt terrible. I can definitely see what other reviews mean. The ground beef had a strange strong taste and my kids couldnt eat much of it. Presentation was beautiful and so was the atmosphere so they get a 5. Their food needs some work as far as taste but we will surely be back.

This place is awesome! My husband and I LOVED their hot sauce and bought a bottle to take home. All their sauces were really good. We liked the fajitas for 2! The staff was very friendly and warm. The vibe and atmosphere of the restaurant was really cool too. If we were locals this would definitely be our spot!

La Fiesta catered our daughter's wedding and was absolutely perfect. Everyone kept asking where we found such wonderful food. La Fiesta made sure we has everything we would need for her perfect reception and enough food no one could have possibly gone hungry. I would highly recommend them for any kind of catering and also their restaurant we eat there often. Thank you Armando and your family for being part of our special day.

Excellent food! Not your typical PNW-, So Cal-, border state-type U.S. Mexican food. We had the BEST chicken mole we've EVER had. Portions were amazing, service was excellent, the decor super fun (and features some amazing creativity), and all our dishes were superb. Just as U.S. BBQ varies across the nation, so Mexican cuisine varies across Mexico. We suspect La Fiesta has shown us some of the differences that we rarely see in our neck of the woods. Eat here ... you won't be disappointed (unless your palate demands the "same o, same o!).

First time here. Glad we came.
Service was outstanding (smiles, friendly, helpful, and worked with us having a senior in a wheelchair as well as 3 young kids, plus two more adults) Because of the dinning area size, they were able to seat us away from others - so we did not bother other dinners, which helped us relax as well.
The food was a big hit for all ages - all at a reasonable price. Not in this town often, but will return when the timing is right.

La Fiesta is my favorite Mexican restaurant. I recommend everyone bring their families to La Fiesta for the best authentic Mexican food, good attentive service and unforgettable dining experience, the food is always delicious and service is delightful, they always serve homemade chips and salsa and my favorite cabbage salsa and bean dip with every meal, clean atmosphere, great customer service and wonderful family owned for 25 years, amazing tile work and lovely emblishments though out the entire restaurant and lounge hand done by the owner that is also the cook..I was in awe of the beauty of this restaurant and talked with the family that own and run the restaurant themselves, found out the family added on and refurbished the old taco time and that one talented man out of his own imagination transformed the building into a work of art over a 5 year period of tile work and beautiful Mexican culture and for what ever sparks the imagination in others to how they see the art work, it gave me a feeling of being in Mexico and experience that keeps me going back and the best food for dine in or take out.

This establishment is absolutely top-notch. Authentic Mexican cuisine coupled with authentic Mexican decor marries brilliantly with friendly, knowledgeable, and sincere staff. Prices are perfectly matched to this delightful experience that for me, was simply rejuvenating.

Amazing food! Waitress was fantastic!!! Adorable.. The only thing i would recommend is bring cash because the fee for debit cards is high. But wonderful place will be back!!!!

This place was a total surprise! Holy mackerel! 15 out of 10 on this spot! WE GOT THREE DIFFERENT TYPES OF SALASA! So hype. So good. I ordered the Fajita Quesadilla and man-o-man was it top notch and filling. The service was absolutely incredible. Forgot their names but shout out to each and everyone there for the wonderful hospitality this evening. You guys ROCK! Glad to have stopped here.

The deco was over the top fabulous. I loved all the mosaics on the walls and ceiling. The food was really good. The serve high quality food at a good price. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I was visiting family in La Grande and the 4 of us went out for dinner at La Fiesta. It is my absolute favorite Mexican restaurant. The food was excellent. The décor is amazing. Whenever I’m in La Grande I’ll be back.

This place is beautiful! The owner has done all the tile work himself. The food was amazing. I had arroz con camarones #43 on the menu. The plate is huge. So so good. Friendly service, quiet beautiful atmosphere.

I have to stop here every time I am in LaGrande which is about every other month. This is a wonderful family owned and operated restaurant. It is decorated beautifully from the inside out. The service and food quality is always top notch. The little desert they bring out at the end shows they go the extra mile

Good food. Nice lunch specials. I had the fajita lunch, was plenty of food for $10 plus tip. Quick service we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. I do wish they had a baby changing station as was too cold to do it in the car
