Over the past several years, Dr. Germin and his staff have worked to diagnose, treat and support my husbands condition. Every staff member at CNS has been helpful, friendly and thorough. Dr. Germin is the best in this valley. We are thankful for him .

Dr Germin was excellent and supportive. He gave good explanations. My husband is extremely claustrophobic and has to have a head MRI with IV sedation. Dr. Germin doesn't offer this as an option. So, my husband will have an open-sided MRI, which is less accurate.

Doctor Germin, Neurologist, is fantastic. He took so much time explaining my daughter's diagnostic reports and what she might have to pursue next. He was so professional, intellectual and knowledgeable. He is amazingly informative and over-all GREAT! His sense of humor is surprizingly comforting. I am a RN, specialising in Neurosurgery and I hope he can affect your life, as he has my daughter's life. From New York, to Boston, to Southern California...my daughter has been to the best. Dr. Germin is highly recommended, in my humble medical opinion. Germin is ABSOLUTELY not the typical doctor you would expect from Nevada medical care.

At first when I started seeing Dr. Germin, I was not sure about him. I saw him for neck issues. His MRI found growth of my meningioma first. After that, I witnessed an interested and in my care and caring dr. and would recommend him to anyone needing a neurologist. Thank you!

Dr. German is great. I have been sick for a long time and my primary doctor sent me to his office and they got me in quickly. Everyone is very nice and really do care about their patients. They get reports back to your doctor quickly so you don't have to wait and worry for a month to see anyone again.

The only reason I gave this 2 stars is because I have been a long time patient here and the service at one time was great! I was even referring others here. Sadly that is not the case now. I have been treated horribly by staff and management. I called in on Feb 26th to be seen due to the left side of my face going completely numb. They would not make me an appointment and stated someone would call me and that call never happened. Other symptoms progressed and I was rushed to hospital. The Dr in ER stated that I needed to see my neurologist immediately for treatment and have an MRI ordered to correctly diagnose issue. I couldn’t work and was put on sick leave. When I reached back out I was told they wouldn’t see me until end of April. When I explained that I was released from ER and needed to be seen within 2 days. The staff huffed and puffed on phone saying once again I would receive a call. A call never came. I continued to call hoping I could get someone to assist and I finally get the manager who was just as rude. I was cut off and told my issue was not an emergency so I could either wait or go back to hospital. I could continue with the horrible manner in which I am currently still experiencing but I’ll just say I would now no longer refer anyone here and looking for new practice to be seen.

The staff is rude and for a doctor that supposed to be really good I'm not impressed at all

Expensive. Rude. Incompetent. Missed the obvious. He was referred bc he was “in-network.” Each appt I spent a minimum of an hour in the waiting room, minimum. Then more waiting in a room, for a five minute appt. Presented with tingling arms and nerve pain with occasional loss of grip. They did a NCT without ever really explaining till I got strapped in what they were painfully about to do and muscular test with nothing to show. Then 2 mris. Only fear, no results. He read me the results but wouldn’t explain them. They wanted to do more tests but I wasn’t convinced he knew what he was doing or what he was looking for.

Fast forward a year after I said no more to Dr Germin, someone else looked at my MRI and said. Do you know you have a herniated and bulging disk at c2-c3? No! How do you know that? It’s right here on the mri. I’m sure he never actually looked at my mri, just the results. Germina office billed my insurance over $10k. Good for nothing but wasting time and money. Look elsewhere!

I had left a previous review with praises. However, my mind has changed due to the fact that although Dr. Germin made a future plan with me on my care, his office refused to let me make an appt. with him during the summer of 2020. I don't know if it is the office staff making that determination or it is truly him. However, I am extremely disappointed with that outcome and have since found a new neurologist.

Here is a brief synopsis of why patients should ignore that health care facility. I have been a periodic patient of Dr. Germin since 2012. About every two years, I visit the office for a nerve conduction study. On my last visit, I was asked to complete and MRI and have spinal fluid withdrawn. I complied with the former, but not with the latter due to having a syringe being inserted into my back. After a follow-up visit to Dr. Germin, which consisted of discussing the MRI results, I notified them that I was uneasy about the spinal fluid test. Recently, I called the office to have another nerve conduction study performed in order to track progression of the results. I was told that Dr. Germin will no longer see me due to non-compliance. I understand that it is their right to select patients. However, I believe an individual seeks to become a doctor for altruistic purposes. That is, to help people. Clearly, this is not the case here.
