What a friendly pharmacy! I had a last minute fill that I needed delivered to my mother and they were so quick and responsive! It arrived the same day. The woman I spoke to on the phone was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!

I was there when Remedy Drug Pharmacy first opened and unfortunately, my family had to move back to Denton Texas. I would give anything if Remedy had a branch here. I've never had such great service in my life.

I've been a Remedy customer for about five years now and what I love most about this pharmacy is the exceptional customer service they provide. They are so helpful and friendly!! Philip and Laura are always available to answer any questions about my family's medications and they take the time to get to know their customers. I'm so glad I made the switch from the large retail chain pharmacies. I highly recommend Remedy Drug :)

Great pharmacy. I would give more stars if I could. These pharmacists are very knowledgeable and helpful. They go out of their way even on the phone to take the time to explain and answer questions. I drive way out of my way just to use them. They are that good.

I went today to get my Covid vaccine, as they were the only pharmacy who seemed to have the Johnson & Johnson vax available. I'd never visited this pharmacy before, and I was really impressed with it. The old timey display at the front really capped off the overall design aesthetic of the place, which I'd describe as homey, warm, and welcoming.

The staff were just super friendly and Claudia, the young lady who admininistered my shot, could not have been sweeter or more professional. She listened to my concerns and was very reassuring. As I awaited my turn, I listened to their interactions with other customers (I've worked in retail for over 20 years, so paying attention to that kind of thing is a habit I've developed) and they treated every person who came in with the same level of friendliness and professionalism.

Remedy Drug is everything a pharmacy should strive to be, in my opinion. If my insurance allowed it, I'd take my business there in a heartbeat.

The Pharmacists are excellent and very caring people. They are always aware if a new medicine is prescribed to check and see if it could interact with any of my current meds. It is a wonderful hometown pharmacy! Phillip and Laura are the tops!

Remedy Drug pharmacy is a great pharmacy that you would be proud to call your own. The owners and workers are great people and very knowledgeable and are willing to help you with anything that you have, and make sure that you are well taken care of and everything is right. They have no problem with accommodating you with what you're used to having if you had to change pharmacies to make sure you're happy. I'm glad to be a part of the Remedy Drug family

Phillip & Laura are the absolute BEST! If you are tired of pharmacies treating your health like it's a banana or a box of cereal, come see Remedy. They greet you by name when you walk through the door, they will do whatever it takes to get you what you need and they are wonderful people who actually CARE about your health. We can't say enough great things about this pharmacy. It has changed our lives.

This pharmacy is the absolute best in Little Rock. The pharmacists and staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful (they even always remember my name). Most importantly, prescriptions are almost always filled within five minutes or less! Additionally, I've found their cash prices for prescriptions are surprisingly good.

I've used pharmacies like Walgreens/CVS/Walmart before, and the wait time to get things filled was always ridiculous. It was never less than 30 minutes, and sometimes took multiple hours. Remedy can usually get my prescription ready while I stand at the counter, and the longest wait time I ever had was still only 10 minutes!

For a while I didn't have insurance, I learned Remedy was the cheapest for the prescriptions I was taking! (I had shopped around using the GoodRx app—which is free and wonderful for discounts—and the prices ranged from $40 to $120. I was shocked when I called up Remedy and learned it was only $16 there, even without a GoodRx discount!

The only complaint I could have is that the hours are limited when compared to the big chain stores—they close at 6:30PM usually, but 2PM on Saturday and aren't open at all on Sundays. So for emergencies, I still have to go to the big stores. However, for everything else, Remedy is the only place for me.

Remedy Drug is my very 1st choice for a pharmacy in Little Rock. The pharmacists
are customer friendly and make it a point to see that you are educated about the instructions associated with your prescription medications, as well as over the counter medications. Your health is important to them , as is your "pocketbook" !
Just recently when a generic medicine was released to replace an existing medicine I was taking they informed me immediately so that I could take advantage of the savings.

On a different note, they carry Woodwick candles and have a great assortment !
I often stop by just for that.

You are a person not just a number. They great you by your name. And work hard to have your scripts ready when you get there. Even deliver if you need it. Which I have a couple of times.

Excellent service! They go the extra mile to deal with physicians and insurance companies on your behalf to get you your medication quickly!
