The staff here are very friendly and helpful with trying to find things that are in your style. Came in looking for something to wear for a birthday dinner and the staff members came over and helped me manage looking very fashionable for the dinner. I was able to look through different things without feeling look over or rushed through in out the store. This store is very professional and customer service is extremely out of this world.

I went to the McCain Mall Rainbow and I saw a Overall Piece that I Wanted but I Needed To Try It On Before I Purchased It so I Asked The Employee If I Could use the dressing room and her response was No Ma’am We Are Closing In 30 Mins!! So I Made a status on Facebook and 1 of my Friends Knew Ebony Luckett-Daniels was in Management In Another Rainbow (Markham) A Little Bit Further away from Me but I really wanted to at least try it on to see how the size ran before I purchased it! So Mrs. Daniels asked what happened and without a problem she fixed it to where the 2 sizes I needed was behind the counter waiting on me!! I Really Appreciate her customer service and taking one for the team of another store!!

I love this store so many different styles of clothes, sexy too. They also have little girls and plus size clothes, shoes, underwear. Go check them out ladies I promise you won't be disappointed 😊

I stopped shopping at Rainbow when I lived in a different city due to poor customer service, but decided to go check out the Markham location & it was a great experience. Customer service was the best I've ever experienced & I just love all the different styles to choose from.
