Nikki,front manager. Very professional courteous, knowledgeable, & great leadership skills. Never seen her out of character. Always pleasant and helpful to all the customers. She deserves recognition locally and Kroger nationwide for her dedication to her craft. Pay raise and promotion will give her more of an incentive to continue improving the Kroger brand. The store overall is neat, clean, spacious and items on the shelves. The reflection of employees!! Go Nikki keep up the hard work

Very convenient location but it needs a bit of sprucing up. The building looks old & tired and the parking lot needs to be re-paved.

Staff is Great I needed help with last minute flower corsage for prom the next day. The front of the house manager was AWESOME in assuring me they could get it done 2morrow by lunch time. I hate I forget her name. This. Stores service is so great staff goes above & beyond I have not been to Wallyworld in a year. Treat us like family.

I order groceries online regularly. Using the Kroger app, I first go through my regular items and choose how many of an item I want and then pick additional items that I need. Next I pick the date and time I want the order delivered from the choices. I then pay for my groceries. Later, I get a text at the chosen time from my shopper. They tell me when any items are out of stock and refund me on those items. When they are finished, i get a text saying when they will arrive. This has been a wonderful convenience for me.

The Kroger I went too on W Markam it's like a new store they have remodeled the store the employees were wonderful all of the. The young man helped me out. He just didn't know I am a disabled VETERAN and really couldn't lift my own groceries. Well not with pain. He was such a young gentleman. Gave him a tip. I'm just used to that going out to the AIR BASE. THANK YOU

This Kroger is wonderful for its size!...

I typically prefer larger Krogers, however this one has convenient parking, it’s conveniently located, and I’ve never walked out missing something I was looking for. Also, the sushi 🍣 here is exquisite! If I were you, I’d stop reading this review, and get into this Kroger to plan your next dinner!!!!!!

Lakesha went above and beyond to help.me with a Balloon I needed for work. She was trying to.go.on break, but when no one responded to florist, she recruited Ronald and they did an awesome job taking care of me. Lakesha even walked me to the register. Great people.

Kroger was GREAT, The store on Markham went beyond the call of duty to help me, especially the lady who was working Money Services at 115pm today(18 April 2019), please acknowledge her, she was an Angel, she helped me get back to Conway.

Kroger has been essential during the pandemic. Walmart i rarely have used since this all started. Maybe this can be the start of a "Not a Walmart Shopper" way of life. Shop local! Hopefully, I can become more of a Local Only shopper esp for produce at first. Then everything!

I've been doing my grocery here in Kroger-Markham for almost 4 years, and so far they have almost everything I need. Staff are great, they are friendly and accomodating. They're doing some store improvement right now which I think is great.

The employees are great, they always make me feel welcomed and as are always respectful, professional & funny.you couldn't ask for a better store & staff especially to go shopping in.

Not an average large grocery store, no this Kroger store has just about all you would find in five different commercial outlets, it has fresh vegetables and diary products, like a Farmer's market, it has a large choice of cuts of beef pork chicken and fish including sea food like an excellent butcher shop, if you need paper products and household goods, you will find them here, like the old Woolworths, it has all varieties of beers and some very excellent priced wines, most liquor stores don't have, suppose you need to buy in bulk, this Kroger will even provide most non food items in bulk. You will be coming back over and over!

Jaylan was working dairy. I asked if there were baskets@ the back of the store. He said no but instantly said "i'll get you one" he went to the front was back in record time. He made my day, made my first time in that location a PLEASURE, & his eagerness/willing to assist customers will take him far. Thanks again. Bless you❤

Very clean friendly staff. Good prices well stocked. Fresh meat and fruit. This Krogers is the only one that cares the brand of baby milk I need.

I am from Oklahoma and its unlike anything I've seen. They had everything I was looking for and a great selection of shoes. Made going to the grocery store fun.
