If you are willing to work hard and do your job properly, this is the company for you! Straight out of orientation I was able to get rolling immediately and make my money. My DM was straightforward and truthful with me and has stuck to his word since I’ve been on the road. Any problems I had while being on the road was corrected and resolved that day and I love it here! Oh and the orientation team was great and made sure all questions were answered so you did not leave with any confusion. This is the best company I’ve drove for yet and don’t plan on going anywhere. You will get your miles as long as you like to run and on time to appointments. Great company to work for and I promise you that you will love it here!

If you’re looking for a company that treats you like family and not a number, this is it. From recruiting to your dispatchers these people are awesome! Rebekah was our recruiter and she was so friendly and professional. She got me so excited about the company and answered every single one of my questions. Brittany did our orientation and she was so sweet and our puppy adores her! Everyone there loves our puppy so if you’re looking for a company who is pet friendly you have hit the jackpot here. Our dispatcher Deb is so so amazing! She drove for years and it’s so nice having a dispatcher that understands what we go through over the road. She has been there and done that so when I’m trying to explain to her what is going on she actually knows what to do. Some companies have dispatchers that have no clue about what drivers go through out on the road, not this company. They know, and they help you with anything. Even the night dispatchers are super helpful and nice. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Lonnie over night dispatch and when I had a problem he was there doing everything he could to help me and didn’t stop communicating with me till we got the issue resolved. It was a very refreshing experience. Kevin who is the head of teams, dispatched over us our first couple days just to make sure we had a good start or had any questions. Bottom line these people are awesome. Everyone knows that people make or break a company, and let me tell you the people at Transco Lines are incredible. We found our home company, hopefully this helps someone find theirs.

I love this company,they actually keep their word and the staff is great orientation was awesome,guys ignore the negative reviews definitely give these guys a shot,they do exactly everything they say in orientation I love it here almost a month,they’re consistent and considerate!!!

Absolutely a fantastic company to work for. Office personal always to what ever it takes to help. My husband and I have team driven with them for a total of 7 years. Our Driver Manager to the Operational Manger have always taken very good care of us. If you want to be more than a number and have great pay and all the miles you want to drive this is the company.

Maybe something has changed, but during the time that my wife and I worked for them, it was pure excellence. These people were seriously in love with hard workers and paid a premium both financially and personally for drivers that did their job. I've been in the industry for thirty years now and I can't say that I have ever found a better company with the people we shared our time with.

This is an amazing company to work for. The company is growing during a time when a lot of trucking companies are folding. The facts are the evident by the size of the recruiting classes. They are large! They hire professional drivers. If you are a part time driver who does not deliver on time, you will find that this may not be a fit for you. The TLI life is over 500 Drivers strong and growing.

GREAT COMPANY, WONDERFUL PEOPLE I have worked for this company for about a year and a half. My fiancé and I run team for them, and I have to say we love it! From the first day they have been friendly and helpful. The recruiters are knowledgeable and helpful with the hiring process, and our DM Holly is the best. Breakdown is caring and actually does call back to follow up to make sure the issue is being resolved, no matter how minor or major. And I HAVE to give a shout out to Nikki in safety! If she calls at all, there is a reason, and she is always professional and friendly. There is no other safety person in the world we have ever missed when they don't call!!
A lot of companies talk about being a family, this company actually walks the walk.

My husband and I have been Team Drivers with TLI since November of 2019. The experience here has been awesome! Communication is key and once you communicate what you need with your Recruiter, Driver Manager, Payroll, Human Resources, Maintenance, etc., they will do their best to get it done and in a timely manner! Need more miles? They give more miles! My Driver Manager and his team are top notch! We would definitely recommend Transco Lines!

This company was very good to me until right at the end. I was promised a dedicated team run. Then they fired my DM and things fell apart.

I have now returned to this company. Through my own research I figured out that my former DM was the problem. I now have a DM who was a former Assistant. We were offered a wonderful dedicated run at the money we asked for. In addition we have already received a raise as a reward for always being willing to go that extra mile.

No company is perfect but this is as close as I've seen. Call Meagan my recruiter. She's awesome!

This is my second time driving for TLI and I must say that my experience here has been a good one. I have 9 years of driving experience and I haven’t driven for a company this good. The people are awesome and try their hardest to keep their drivers FIRST! TLI rocks!

Transco Lines has been the best Trucking Company i have ever worked for and i have been in the business for 29 yrs. Dispatchers respect the drivers, get you great miles, hometime when you want it. Great equipment as well. They also have one of the best L/P programs i have come across.

Me and my wife have been working here for almost a year and absolutely love this company. I understand most people who are happy with a company or a job never post the good, you just get to see the mad people post bad things on their own experience. As with equipment I don't understand how the trucks could be so trashed if the oldest truck is only 3 yrs old...Just bad drivers in them first who don't care about the equipment and mess them up for future drivers...how is that the company's fault?

No one ever leaves the good reviews about companies! Remember you only read their side but there is always 2 sides. The bad reviews on here is so different from our experience we have had with TLI. My husband has worked for several trucking companies (trust me there is some really awful ones) and Transco Lines has definitely been the best he has worked for! If you are willing to work they will do you good. No company is perfect and will mess up but give them a chance to fix it before you just walking away ;). Good pay and home time! (he is a owner operator/lease purchase for TLI for almost a year now)

Amazing company. Hands down best for Lease purchase/teams. They are always ready and willing to help. I highly recommend this company. Awesome pay. Great home time. Never had any issues.

Negative reviews I saw were all from driver's who did not qualify to drive for TLI, too many jobs, way too many CSA/PSP violations etc. accidents not listed and/or disclosed, and so on.
Happy driver's don't have time to surf the internet posting their negativity for the world to see because they are busy working and loving their job! No company is perfect, no company is without fault, we are very family oriented and Terry Wallace is one of the greatest men I have ever had the pleasure of working for, he cares about all of his drivers and shows that on a day to day basis.

I love working for TLI, very laid back company, I push myself rather than the company pushing me. I get hometime when i want it, great miles. And wonderful family atmosphere. Best company i have ever worked for.

this is bernd jorgens. melinda and i drive for transco. i looked up the reviews. so many hateful people! look we had weeks at 6000 miles as a team, we got weeks at 7000 miles as a team. our best checks before taxes were nearly 1800 each, the worst 1100, each.
we had a bad week at barely 4000 miles as well. i don't judge a company based on a weekly check.
the equipment is fantastic. fully loaded volvo 780 with everything they make for it. everything. our dispatcher is jordan. he likes to run us. wish he wouldnt send us to rescue loads as often as he does...it hurts the check. but he gives us great miles. couple days ago storms here at home took my roof nearly off at the house. told them about it, they said hey ok, call us later in the week get it taken care of. and i got roofers coming tomorrow. i don't see how people trash the place so badly. maybe it's not them ? maybe it's you ? you get kickass gear, every luxury they make for the trucks. every option. miles. you still cry ? don't be a trucker.

Tli is best company. They never make you down once you at TLI . When they says miles means miles you are running and making good money.
Each and every person who work at the office no matter who they feel you as a family member.

Recently transitioned to this company! It was a great experience. Everyone was great from the recruiter to management. Am on a dedicated route & it is great. Also great pay. Recommend this company to drivers looking for a good reliable company.
