Alex is an amazing mechanic and my brakes and rotors were installed perfectly. I also had a windshield done here which was installed perfectly pretty cheap. And I always get my oil changed here. Even when I hada truck with a plug issue, Alex was always able to maintenence it and get me back on the road safely. Now I have a car and the hood latch is broken and they still get my hood open and fix my fluids up. 10/10

I always feel like they do a good job and if they don't do something right you can tell them and they'll fix it. I particularly like the mechanic Alex he's been working there for years and he does a great job he is diligent. The manager Mr Bobby is really nice too and he does a good job.

Fantastic experience. I have been taking my car here for a while, both my Malibu and my Subaru. They are always polite and kind and explain the issue to me. I feel more confident as a vehicle owner, and they are always willing to help. Even when I mess up, I take it to a different shop. They will usually help me through the issue. Robert and his team are top notch, and I highly recommend them.

Went in today to get a second opinion on a pretty rough looking spot on my windshield from a flying rock. Other place said that I would be better off replacing the entire windshield - I obviously passed. Went into this place based off the positive reviews, and someone was with me in seconds. I was paired with a gentleman by the name of Ricky (Rich M on the paperwork), I could be wrong and I apologize if I am! He was so friendly, upbeat and honest. Being a woman, there's always a chance my lack of car knowledge will be taken advantage of, but I felt 100% comfortable with him. I was in and out in about 10 minutes, and he even drove my car into the garage area after I mentioned my nervousness about doing it myself. He showed me his work afterwards and made sure I was happy before I left! He had very positive vibes and you could tell he really enjoys what he does for a living. Thank yall so much for the help!

The guys here were very respectful of me as someone who isn't a male. I didn't feel like anybody was trying to sell me anything I didn't need and I had my questions answered in an easy-to-understand way for me who doesn't know a whole lot about cars. This is my first time getting an oil change and my synthetic oil for my Volkswagen CC cost me about 90 dollars. The person helping me even suggested a cheaper synthetic oil to help me save some money. I had a great experience here and I'll definitely be back for my next oil change.

I really like the convenience of staying in my vehicle and getting in/out very quickly. I used to dread taking my vehicle for an oil change; sitting in the waiting area of a auto shop for who knows how long.... and I'm not a fan of taking it to Wal-Mart to get it done while I shop (I end up spending way more than I intended).... so having this option is great for me! Every time I've had my oil changed here, there were no issues. The employees were all helpful, pleasant, and efficient. Oh, and they are a participating Car Care Shop, so all of my service history is automatically updated on my Carfax app making it super easy to stay on top of vehicle maintenance!

Had my windshield replaced at Mr. Brake & Lube. Mr Glass, aka Mr.Shane, was the best! Assisted with windshield choice, Mopar part or part from China.... He found one for me that was made in the USA! Ordered and had it in the next morning! The entire team was all about Customer Service! I will take all of my vehicle need to Mr. Brake and Lube in the future!! Thanks again Mr Glass!!

Great place to get your oil changed

It was a great experience! And way cheaper than any of the other places in town. It also was the only place that had our oil.

Great & fast service. Knowledgeable, professional, respectful, & trustworthy. I've used them for my personal vehicle & did so after seeing how well they treated my company's customers. I recommend them to anyone.

Clean and too easy. Pull in stay in car while service is being done. Staff was very nice and easy and very helpful. Quick didn't take 20 minutes. They checked all fluids as well. Recommend and I will come back.

For all types of vehicle work, tires, brakes, oil changes and maintenance...these guys are the best and most honest in Russellville. What makes the difference is having the best and most friendly customer service in town. They are super efficient and thorough while still being very fast in getting you out the door as a happy customer. I refuse to use anyone but these guys!

Super fast and very friendly service. Was traveling through the area and needed an oil change. They took the time to reset my oil change timer. Nobody has ever done that before. A jewel in the Ozarks. Also pet friendly.

B4 today would've have been different. But today I meet the manager he made sure All the fluids were checked, the cabin air filter was checked, tires took care of, everything. Those that was there not doing their job are no longer there. Very satisfied today 😊

Just moved to town. I desperately needed an oil change. The oil change was priced what I expected. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I came back a few days later to have my front brakes and rotors replaced. Price was very competative as I did call around. This shop is clean and very professional.

These folks were very nice, there wasn't even a line and they completed the oil change really quickly....will take my Durango when it comes time too! Thanks for the fast and friendly service! 😁
