Absolutely amazing service for an internet order. I placed an order in the afternoon and UPS delivered it the next day. And the shipping is FREE on orders over $50. I can't tell you how many times other big companies have shipped two or three days after the order was placed. Ochocos Outdoors will be the first place I look for my next purchase.

Extremely professional and helpful. I needed help sizing. Ended up that the waders were just a little small, so I went through the RMA process. Again very helpful and smooth and quick. Within 1 week I got the waders, returned them and got the replacement waders! Very impressed with their customer service and processes. Very rare these days.

Great service in resolving a product issue. The customer service representative was helpful and friendly. My order had two sizes of boots in the box, Ochocos immediately shipped a replacement pair of boots not waiting for the original pair to be returned.

Ordered online and Ochocos provided updates every step of the way. Fast shipping, considering covid and all.. Prices were good and inventory/availability was accurate for my order. Other stores online show something in stock, then dont let you know it's actually on backorder. The electronic tracking system was on the fritz over the weekend I placed my order so I left a voicemail Monday morning which was returned what had to be as soon as their doors opened (I'm CST). He explained the trouble and said the system is being worked on. Meanwhile he had already found the status of my order which was processed and shipped the same day. The order arrived as expected well packaged. Ochocos will be my first stop from now on.
