I talked to Molly this morning to add a vehicle to my policy and she was so nice and professional. I definitely recommend her.

I have been speaking with Mary Martin, Senior Sales Agent, about switching from my current Insurance company, and she has been nothing but kind, caring and knowledgeable about everything. Mrs Carmen Howard is the most wonderful person I have ever met. She always greets you with a smile and ready to help you in any way she can. She is a God fearing women. She is a people person and ready loves her job

Carmen Howard helped me with a issue I had I behind two payments due to some fraudulent activities that happened to my banking accounts. I sold my home in Benton, AR in August of 2021, but in all the craziness forgot to cancel my homeowners insurance on the property. When they called me for renewal in August of 2022 I explained that I had in fact sold the home last year. Carmen went above and beyond and actually got me a refund, since I had paid for a full year last year. I appreciate her customer service. Thank you!
