AT&T Store

Aaron is amazing! Awesome and expedient service. Answering every question as well as being fully knowledgeable to plans, options, even promos, all without ever having to look it up. Prioritizes customers and even just needing to pay a bill, all of us customers even while I shopped I noticed all of this being taken care of quickly. Fantastic service and I will definitely be coming back here to this location. Thank you for having employees like Aaron here. He deserves to be recognized.

Hi. My name is Caressa Tensley and I had a zoom issue with my iPhone. I called from my AT&T phone about my other phone line with Sprint/T Mobile service that has a zoom issue. So I called T mobile in Benton first to get the issue resolved. I didn’t get his name but he says he’s been working there the longest for 10 years and told me to go to the Apple Store so I can told him sorry for bothering you sir, you can not help me, let me call my favorites at AT&T. I called AT&T in Benton and Jordan and Aaron helped me with ease fix my issue. I have been with AT&T since I was 15 years old and I am currently 32. I will never leave AT&T because I’ve never been stirred wrong. SO THANK YOU JORDAN AND AARON AT AT&T IN BENTON, AR. If you ever need anything, ask for those guys!

Unfortunately, they weren’t a corporate store, so they weren’t able to completely address the issues I had with the Alcoa store, but somehow the manager here was able to concisely, adequately, and completely explain the concerningly obfuscated process the Alcoa store put me through to return the phone I had bought directly from them. After getting off the phone with a costumer representative, it should have been more than probable I was able to return it at that store, and even he said it was weird they did not want to deal with it when I was talking to the representative. That said, I got all my bases covered, and I will be doing business with this AT&T store from now on so long as I am in the area. I really do appreciate the help provided here. Avoid, at all costs, the Alcoa store next to Target. They have no incentive to put their costumers first.

We had issues getting our new iPhones switched over, and they were a huge help in getting it fixed.

Devin and the other associates did a GREAT JOB. I’m a new customer and switching over from Verizon. Those guys worked on my issues for 3 days. Great customer service and very friendly staff. You guys rock. Phone is working great.

I have never had a better experience at an at&t store. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I want to send out a big shout out to JR, he answered all my questions and helped me feel well informed throughout the whole upgrade process. I have always hated that process and felt like at&t would surprise me with charges, but JR made sure I knew exactly what charges to expect and when to expect them. We love our new phones, and look forward to working with the staff at at&t on Military Road in Benton, AR again in the future!

There was only guy working there and he was killing it with multiple sets of customers, was incredibly nice, knew anything we asked and dished out service like Chick-fil-A he deserves a raise ✌🏻
