Micheal was very knowledgeable about my needs. When faced with understanding how to deal with new drivers (teen), he was able to relieve stress that we were faced with. He was willing to take the time out to sit and talk with me about how to handle our insurance and what the best route was. Being unsure is never a good feeling. I can not recommend Farmers. I was promised one price, and my bill kept going up because a "discount fell off". After this happened twice, I couldn't stay with farmers and continue to worry what my bill would be this month. On top of that, some documents weren't filed properly, or something wasn't signed when I was in office signing up, and because of this I got a notice of cancellation at one point from Farmers because I didn't sign something. I was also promised my previous insurance would be cancelled on my behalf in which it was not, and I ended up getting a bill from the previous insurance company instead. When I cancelled farmers over a week before my sign up date, they told me I wouldn't be getting a refund since the "discount that fell off" was an error when signing up and my bill should have been more and the total amount had to be applied from my start date causing my refund to be actually money owed, but they wouldn't bill me due to the small amount of bill.

I can't get anyone in the office to return my call, and Micheal Herrington is not even an option!! You can't tell me the office shut down for Valentine's Day!!! Really???
Very, very unsatisfied by their actions. They took money from my account, but don't seem to willing to give it back! Don't think I'll be referring anyone to them!!

This car insurance company...had to sit in office for 2.5 hours listening to this guy talking me into life insurance I did not ask for...car ins that was high price..I paid them and then 23 days later office calls myself telling me I didn't have car ins.or life ins...then comes to my home yelling at me.When I did not give him more money and told him I have ins...1 week later he turn myself into the (credit bureau)saying I owed him 74$.He was lying..but it's still on my credit. Yelling @ myself at my home..and his office lady said I owe Nothing*💜
