Brina Thai Laos Food Truck

Not only THE best Thai food in Arkansas but some of the best food in Hot Springs. Glad we found this place early in our trip. The spring rolls were perfection, the Tom Kha was savory, and our broccoli beef was fire like we requested. If you like Thai, treat yourself to Brina.

Decided to try this place with my son. He had the #16, and I had the #8. I highly recommend this place.

It’s legit thai cuisine with even better service. From the West Coast and know a stellar thai place when I eat it :). Fantastic prices and portions with humble and kind owners. Perfect lunch and surprisingly in Benton Ar of all places. Shocked this place isn’t busier as it’s a hidden gem. Hope they stay around because I will be dining here often.

We were visiting from dallas and unfortunately showed up jus a little late to the food truck, the owner was nice enough to still take our orders even after they had closed! We ordered tom kha soup and drunken noodles with thai teas to drink. The food was amazing and plentiful. And the thai tea was just a perfect finish to it all. I would highly recommend this food truck ! Definitely will try them again when in town !

So happy to find Pad Kee Mao and Tom Kha Gai soup in the Hot Springs area where I’m moving!! The owner is so nice! I drove the lunch to Lake Catherine. The tangy creamy mushroom soup and mossy forest on this cool misty day were such a perfect combo

Listen, we are completely impressed with the food here!! We tried their special pineapple fried rice as well as the soup with shrimp. Both were incredible!! So much flavor in every bite. The soup is very light and aromatic. It tastes like healing the soul. The pineapple dish was bright and lively, we could eat it every day. The portions are truly ginormous, but we are not mad about having leftover meals from Brina Thai Laos! Bookmarking this for our next trip into Hot Springs. The whole food truck court is well-maintained and a pleasure to visit. Treat yourself here!

Absolutely the best red and green curry in Arkansas!!! Thumb wrestle me about it!

My husband and I got the Shrimp Spring Rolls, Cheese Rolls, Chicken Pad Thai (medium spicy), Tom Kah Kai (coconut chicken soup). All of the foods ingredients tasted fresh and delicious! Would have liked to have tried some yellow curry, but they only sold red and green. All in all, our taste buds were very pleased!

We always get Pad Thai w Tofu and red curry w chicken!! This is the best Asian/Indian food we have had in Arkansas!! Absolutely spectacular!!!!

My husband and I are in Hot Springs for a family reunion. Craving for some Lao food. Didn’t know what to expect. Thought I give it a try since it is only its kind in town. Spoke some Lao with the owners and out came my authentic Lao papaya salad! Sep lie der!! Kop jai der!!

Excellent food, huge portions and very good pricing. The mango sticky rice was super delicious and the Thai iced tea was great too.

Second time eating here, and everything has been fantastic! We've had Pad Kra Pow, Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, Beef and Broccoli, Fresh Spring Rolls, and cream cheese rolls. Like another reviewer said, call ahead to place your order, otherwise you're waiting at least 30 minutes. Totally worth it! Highly recommend!

I have been eating Thai food over 30 years from California. I had some of the best at Mango's in Dallas. These guys kick out the real deal. This is as good as ANY I have ever had. Pad Thai, Red Curry Coconut Soup, Mango Rice. These guys know what their doing. Enjoy!

Wow. So good. Delicious. I ordered red chicken curry extra spicy! Great heat and flavor. I got a complementary iced coffee from them while I waited that was very good too. Ill be going back soon.

Out of all the thai places I have been to, this food truck has been the best! The mango sticky rice is absolutely mouthwatering and I think about it everyday. I always get the drunken noodles and it has hit every single time. Would def gatekeep if I could. 1000000/10

If you haven’t tried this food you are missing a great meal! The flavors are wonderful and the couple that runs it are very nice. Sure hope they stay in Benton , we pick up food there at least once sometimes twice a week. Pad kra POW is addictive !

May be my favorite place to pick up food in Hot Springs. Lots of fresh veggies and herbs that most places don't have. If you like it spicy, just ask and they'll bring the flames.
