Matt was very good at looking for the reason we had odor issues. Checked roof vent pipes, under the house, etc. He found that there were drain lines under the house that were not reconnected properly. Will have remodel contractor address.

I had a fairly simple issue with a broken bib. This is right after the largest snow storms in Arkansas where everyone is delayed weeks on fixing issues. They were the only ones able to come out nearly immediately to fix the issue. Service call was $185 with parts/labor totaling $235. Not sure how that compares to prices around here but they did a good job.

Kordell and Isaac were very punctual. Both were very professional, knowledgeable and great to be around. Took my old water heater out of the attic and installed the new one in record time.
You guys are now my go to guys.

Told them I have a leak I can't find. Took off work to meet they very polite representative who told me they don't do leak detection and that I should call someone who does. WTH! Big waste of everybody's time.
