After major issues with a competitor company, I switched to Verizon. I am not good with tech stuff at all. So had amazing assistance from Omar, Jax and Haley. They were kind and patient helping set up everything I needed with a new phone on Friday. Today I went back for help with my laptop and hot spot and got the same great assistance from Jax and Haley and bought another accessory. I appreciate these young people’s knowledge and kindness.

This crew is amazing! Jax, Omar, and Hayley did a terrific job helping guide my tech challenged Mom out of a carrier service that was not a good fit and into Verizon. Their kindness and patience were greatly appreciated. One brand new IPhone, some solid, honest advice, a spot on the, "I need Verizon internet list" and she is back online. Thanks to all of you!!

Went into this Verizon store and was assisted by Omar. He was AWESOME! Very knowledgeable and explained everything so thoroughly. He even called customer service on our behalf to facilitate the insurance and other matters related to our new phone. We walked out with two new phones instead of one. He will be our go-to from now on. I highly recommend him for all your phone needs.

Really had a great experience when I went in to get my elderly dad a new iPhone. Omar greeted me and my son-in-law immediately as we walked in the store and told us it would be a few minutes until he finished with the customer in front of us. Omar was very personable and knowledgeable and helped us decide what phone and plan was best for our situation. It’s so nice to have a Verizon store right here in Maumelle, and especially one that has employees who really go out of their way to be helpful and kind.

The employees at this store are awesome. We have dealt with them several times to switch over our service and get everything set up. They helped us save so much money on our monthly communication bill! Omar is a genius! And Jax is also amazing! I highly recommend dealing with this store for all of your Verizon needs.

My iPhone 14 Max Pro was only getting 1 bar of service no matter where I was. I walked in to the store and a young woman helped me by resetting my cellular network while I waited. Three minutes later I walked out with 5 bars! Great customer service!

I am a senior citizen who doesnt know a lot about cell phones or the internet and I had a really severe problem with a hacker who took over my facebook account and I had no way of knowing what to do. I came into this store asking for help. I didn't know where else to turn. The manager spent time on fixing my issues and my account. Sp even though I know this wasnt part of her job,she took thetime and worked miracles. I will never forget how much she did for me
