Haileigh and her team are the best team to work with, every time I go in the store the energy is just there. Let me tell you something their customer service is spot on every time I come in to see them. Every time I want or need something they jump through hoops to get it ordered or find it for me. I always come back to this store because you can’t get this type of service anywhere else. Makes you want to come in once a week and trust me I DO!!

We have shopped at Hibbit Sports for years now. This location in particular is one we have never visited but we will definitely be back! We were greeted as we walked in by the staff and even security! A younger black associate walked up to us and asked us if we needed help finding anything. She was very patient with my 9 year old son helping him find the perfect cleats and shin pads. She was absolutely phenomenal! Once we got to the check out, which didn’t take long, I had forgotten my coupon code. The other associate was helping us tame our 2 year old and playing ball with him, which was awesome(gave me time to focus on just my 9 year old) she basically babysat for me for free so I could shop! She saw my dilemma and said give her the 20% off! How amazing is that? I had the coupon but we live in Little Rock and she insisted that we get our discount and I didn’t need to bring her back our coupon code. In the 20 plus years we have been spending money on sports this was absolutely the best experience! We will be going out of our way to go to this location in particular for all sports stuff, shoes, and loads of clothing just because they were so amazing!
