Went to open a new account and was very satisfied. The person that worked with us was very friendly and made us laugh a lot, he also got the work done extremely fast and made sure that I understood everything. Would definitely recommend switching to this bank.

So far I’ve had friendly, fast efficient service with the Jacksonville branch. I accidentally made an extra payment on a bill payment & Virgil helped put a stop payment on one of the payments quickly.

Messed up and forgot my stuff this morning, but the tellers and management came through and verified who I was, and did more than they were even required to do in order to help me out. Thanks!

Lobby closes at 4:30 and they refuse to issue a cashier check through the drive through. Then, the teller actually tells me that I have to go to another bank to get a cashier check if I need it today!!!
Service like that will have me looking for a different bank with later lobby hours.

The atm runs out of money often. Also when you deposit money threw the atm machine more often than not it will take your money, give you a receipt , and you have to make a long drawnout call and be without your deposit for days even weeks.

I walked in ask for papers to be faxed an was asked to have a seat. I set for 30 minutes no help as people came and left. I got up and looked at teller an left. Apparently forgot about me. Lady sitting in office with customer laughing. Very disappointed in service!!!

I have never felt the total blankly disrespect from anyone, let along the "Branch Manager" who is supposedly representing a company so badly, until today that is. This U.S. Bank branch is located at 1804 N 1st St, Jacksonville, AR. She not only gave my husband the wrong information by telling him to bring me up there to sign papers, but had us waiting for nearly over 30 minutes, with no communication, or acknowledgement that we were even there, waiting for her, in her waiting area. She was the rudest, ignorant person I have ever met...…PERIOD! But the most ridiculous part, is when we decided to just leave, than she finally acknowledged us by yelling out our personal information out LOUD in the bank, instead of coming up to the front, speaking with us like a human being or better yet, take us to her office, where should could have explained herself like a "PROFESSIONAL". This is not the first time we have experience the slowness and the lack of Ethics at this bank, and because of that we're defiantly looking into doing business with another bank and eventually closing this one. The reviews about this bank...branch, I once thought they were way cruel....but after this experience, I am going to join them. Either you get better management or just close it!

Have tryed to call this branch for over 3 weeks during business hours!

Not one person at this branch will pick up the phone!

Repeatedly called the 24 hours "Customer service" phone number and they will call the branch and not get an answer!

They also call Sherwood branch and that branch answers, but has no idea about Jacksonville problems.

The 24 hour "customer service" set me up with branch manager, last week for them to call me at 330 today. Still not one person from this branch has called!

The person who keeps leaving posts on these poor customers service posts and then tells you, to call the 24 hour number to get something solved, is a joke!

When will anyone at the Jacksonville branch be held accountable for this blanton lack of respect for U. S. Bank and its customers!

09/09/2021 So once again as you can see from the response from Catlin! I'm supposed to email them and then they will do nothing once again..
U. S. Bank should be investigated for fraud against the people of the U. S. They don't care and never will.

This is the bank my job uses. There's another review saying this is the slowest bank and they are not lying. One time there were 3 cars in front of me in the commercial lane and 1 additional lane open. It took over 10 minutes just to get to the window and all I needed was change. The line behind me was backed up into the road. People were turning around and leaving at this point. On another instance I gave them the zippered deposit bag and the woman took 3+ minutes to even get it out of the drawer and open it. She did inform me it would be a moment but I don't understand why when there were 2 other women standing around talking and watching this other woman work. I looked inside and the other woman looked at me and just smiled. They're constantly chatting while working and counting. It's like only one person works. If you have the choice to go to this bank, don't. I'd go bank somewhere else.

This is the bank my job uses and they have become the slowest bank I have ever been to. It takes 30 mins just to get to the window most days (have to go 6 days a week). There are times I have to go back to get something because they forgot to put it in my deposit bag (money, deposit slips) and when I call to let them know they act like it's our fault, especially if I tell them I can't come back up there right then. I have a business to get opened and the fact it already takes 30 mins to get what I'm supposed to have in my deposit bag, I usually don't have time to run back up there until after lunch. There have been times they have brought forgotten items to our store, but that's about the best thing about this bank unfortunately.

Called between 11-12 was told to call back after 1 to speak with the manager about a fee. It wasn’t a problem I don’t mind calling later specially if they’re busy. Took me 3 times calling before I spoke to someone. Still didn’t mind. Called about six times between 1:15 to 2:30 no answer not once. Called Sherwood bank and answered the first time and solved my problem with no issues. Us bank in Jacksonville either needs more employees or better management and or better team work.

I have made 3 trips to the Jacksonville branch trying to get a $50 issue settled on my late husband. Every time the manager ask for different documents. It’s not the money now it’s the principle since I have been a U S bank customer for over 30 years

The story of my experience with the "manager" is too long and to personal enter here, but this branch is horrible.Even the woman behind the counter is snappy.
