So far so good. My go to holster company. They stand behind what they make. I bought a brand new holster from Windhill. It had a minor flaw in the final fit of my Glock 20. I mentioned it to the customer service person Karl via text. Next thing I know he's offering to repair or replace my holster. He even took the next step to replace the damage magazine for my G20.
I was so impressed I promptly ordered a chest rig for my G20.
I'm excited to receive it tomorrow.
This is the holster business you want to do business with. I'll be ordering more product from these good ol boys.

Will not respond to messages or communicate. Apparently not interested in selling their advertised products to a willing buyer. Update; after a few tries i finally got to chat with a rep. I gave them my information and it took about a month to get my chest rig. Worth the wait. Their communication could be better, but they do have a good product.
