Dr. Chapman devotes much time, knowledge, and caring to her patients. She is extremely thorough, professional, and gentle. She has excellent communication skills and has exceeded most physicians my family has encountered. She is diligent in her fact-gathering and diagnosis, looking for the best treatment options for each patient. You aren't just a number when you go to see her. She is fully invested in all her patients and their well-being, looking at the big picture. I have seen her fight for her patients when communicating with other providers, standing her ground to get them what they need.

Dr Chapman has been my primary doctor for almost 2 years now and it has been the best decision I made related to my health. She cares about the well being of her patients and extremely responsive whenever you need her. If you are looking to have a physician that really cares and is invested in your health and well being, you just found one!

Today was my first visit with Dr. Chapman and she was wonderful! She was kind, professional, and personable. With me living 1.5 hours away out of state, the services she offers are accommodating and fit in exactly with what I need in terms of accessible healthcare. I’m so happy I found a doctor who truly cares about their patients without dealing with the fuss of insurance!

I feel very blessed to have done my research for PCP to find Dr Chapman. She definitely understands customer service and treats me accordingly whenever I have issues or questions. She takes time to listen. I have never had an appointment where I am to be at the office at 2:00 and still not in by 4:30. Doesn't happen in her office. I highly recommend her. So refreshing not to deal with "corporate" rules as with many other offices in the multi cities of NW AR.

Dr. Kimberly Chapman is a very knowledgeable and caring Primary Care Physician. She has seen me for over 1 year and has given me the kind of care you would expect but seldom see in today's environment. She takes her time and does not rush you in and out of her office. Appointments are easy to make, no need to wait weeks to see your doctor.
Dr. Chapman has saved me thousands of dollars. Her fees are extremely fair especially considering the service you receive.

Dr Chapman and Diana are amazing, I don't know what you are going to do if they ever left. They don't see me as another number, they both take the time and get to know me. So many doctors are in and out in 15 minutes, most don't even remember me. You guys are lucky to have people that actually care about their patients. Mercy has not always been like that, I have had so many bad experiences where the doctor and nurse just rush through the appointment, these two are a breath of fresh air.

I was so so very sick to my stomach when I called Dr. Chapman. I also have super high anxiety so it's very hard for me to find drs I feel comfortable with. She got me in right away, actually listened to me and my concerns, and nailed it on what was going on with me. I'll never go anywhere else, truly can't say enough good things.

Dr Kimberly chapman is the most professional kind caring doctor I have ever had the experience to choose for my doctor. I’m a retired nurse of 37 yrs and my last physician I had was for 15 yrs. She does head to toe assessments and reviews my meds on each visit Searches for place to get meds cheaper Today she had very long visit with me due to personal issues and let me talk with her while she listened patiently I’ve met so many physicians on my job and with health issues but nobody as good as she is. I can text her which I never did before. Once I didn’t call her on a weekend when I was in severe pain and she told me that she was there when I needed her even on a weekend which I had never been told by any dr personally or when working as a nurse I’m so honored to have her as my dr. Also I live in Farmington an drive to Bentonville to see her because I just love her for her being who she is
