My first visit was a clean up from my buddies at Aspen Dental witch Doctors! Impact did 100%. Pain from Aspen 10/10. pain from Impact 5/10 Also Impact informed me of every detail and the cost of my proceedure. Carmyn & Jayson were my favorite, but everyone was nice, cheerful and professional A+ Thank you, and I will be back! oh and Dr Batson thx for texting me to check if I was doing ok! 👍🏻

My husband had 3 molars removed today. He is on dialysis, has heart blockages and was worried. Dr Batson and his amazing staff put him and me at ease. Terra and another female surgery assistant saw a problem on Mike’s tooth opposite side of scheduled surgery. Touched the tooth and there was pain. Tooth gone. On top of all this the sites were infected. Terra was great as was Alise and all office staff. Handling of insurance and my part went great. Sent us home with good easy instructions and Dr Batson told me surgery went well and he would contact us tonight. Sure enough about 6 pm I received a text asking how we were and if there were problems or questions. Made you feel they cared. Thank you all at Impact. Great job, great attitudes, felt appreciated and that they cared. Fun Halloween deco in office.

Had a tooth extracted at Highland Family Dental. Dr Batson & his staff took very good of me. They called me to check on how I was doing. I highly recommend Dr Batson.

I had a wisdom tooth extracted this morning and everything went well. Everyone was so nice, explained everything they did, checked my vitals continually, and even called tonight to check on me. I highly recommend Dr.Batson!!!!

Wonderful Doctor and very nice staff!

I am not happy with this business. First of all Dr. Batson was not there for my consult. I was told that he would look at my x-ray and the office would let me know if he would accept me for surgery. On the day of my surgery I did not get to meet the doctor then either. I also paid an estimated cost of $771 but when I got an EOB from my insurance it said my portion would be $643.20. I have called 7 times and left messages but no one will call me back. Is this any way to run a business? It might not be a large amount that they might owe me but I am on a limited income and could use the money. I would just like an explanation. I will let my dentist know so they will not refer to this group.

April 5 wife had top teeth removed by batson in Bryant. No follow up. Got to have a chase down to get a spur pulled. Had to schedule our dentist to finish what batson was paid to do and did not clean up his mess. Now half to keep my lady from going bananas. If you read this find another way of taking care of yourself without cut throat batson.
