At my wits end porting a number from Total by Verizon back to Verizon. Spent an entire weekend back and forth with online support only to be frustrated and out of service. Happened to be in Russellville today for other errands and took a chance that maybe somebody at this Verizon store would have mercy and help straighten out this porting mess. Brandon took the lead and within a few minutes had straightened out a few system glitches and had my phone back up in service. He saved me countless hours of addtional phone time. Hope Verizon sends me a survey, one I'll gladly fill out.

Unlike most businesses right now Verizon is staffed up with knowledgeable experts ready to help you out and answer any questions you have all new purchases.
New phones have new chargers with different wattages and they know exactly what you need to fully charge your new device. Great job. Thank you.

Every time I've needed a phone, change plans, whatever, nothing but the best service! Friendly, fun, helpful. I only dread it if they are super busy, not their fault, but they are working hard to give everyone the best service. I don't feel like they are rushing me off to get to the next customer. Five out of five stars. Went in and they were taking care of other customers. A couple of employees came from the back room and and acknowledged my being there with a friendly smile. A gentleman named Sean took care of the situation and got me on my way. Friendly and professional all the way. My only complaint is that the phone number for their office is not correct or something.

If you are needing to get a phone, switch phone services, or upgrade your Verizon phone the people here are who you need to talk to. They are the kindest, most respectful people around. Unless over busy. They come open the door for you and welcome you in and really make you feel like they only came to work today to see you. I'd had problems before and they've fixed all my problems and opened the door for me again in my way out.

It was Black Friday, so yes real busy but the employees were great and offered bottled water. Knowledgeable about their products.
