Laryssa and her staff have always been very helpful, polite and timely. I switched to her office from a different insurance company and the only regret I have is not doing so a lot sooner. I have no doubt that anytime I have a question or need anything, they will go above and beyond to help me. Ok, consumers, keep your note, this is a dependable agency and Shelter has a good adjuster who handled my flood case just now. I am pleased. You do have to make your calls on your part, but fairness is in the trade.
