AT&T Store

The manager Jeff at the ATT store 307-1 Bryant Ave AR went above and beyond in his duties and was more than helpful in trying to resolve a very difficult situation. He needs a commendation on his work. I 100% recommend!

Quick response to my early afternoon visit. I came in to file an insurance claim which was resolved in a short period of tome. Service person was knowledgeable, spoke using terms I could understand, and did not talk down to me.

Jeff is awesome! Super knowledgeable and very capable of multitasking many tasks over different devices. The staff here are very personable and down to earth, yet professional and customer-driven. Definitely would recommend him to others and he has set the bar exceptionally high for competitors. Make sure to give this AT&T store a chance before locking in with any other company.

My new Galaxy smart watch would not receive texts in standalone mode. Staff at store near Bass Pro tried for a week to fix the issue and gave up. Took to store in Bryant where they worked for 2 hours on this watch, and finally got it working perfectly! Great guys, great customer service! Highly recommend this store.

It was Saturday evening 10 minutes b4 closing on Memorial Day weekend. My brother which has a brain injury needed his phone service set up. I have to say Lance Ivory was the most patient person I’ve met in along time. He stayed until 8:00 trying to get us the best service for my brother. We had some complications & he had a solution for each of them. He was my angel sent to me that day, seeing I live in Texarkana & my brother is in Bryant & I was on my way home. Thank you Lance for answering all our dumb questions your kindness did not go with unnoticed.

Aaron and Jeff were EXTREMELY helpful and went above and beyond! I will be coming back to this store for all my future AT&T needs. They definitely put customer service first and took time to answer all the questions I had. They laid out all of the options, but I never felt pressured to spend even more money. I was treated like a priority and was welcomed back in the future if I decide to change anything on my plan. As a loyal AT&T customer for many years this was the best experience I have ever had in a store.

I am grateful to have found help with an incorrect billing issue from Direct TV. After several hours of trying to talk with reps from Direct TV, I made a visit to a Saline County AT&T store. Sadly, the manager of the store would not offer to open my account to see if any help could be offered. I visited the Bryant AT &T store and visited with Lance and the store manager, Jeff.
Jeff went the distance and contacted the Direct TV folks and settled the matter for me. “Hats off!” to Jeff, Lance, and the Direct TV rep, Chrystal. They saw through the avalanche of errors and helped me. I am grateful and will be moving business to the Bryant store.
It’s good to know that there are good folks out there who are interested in truly serving.

I was having a technical issue with my account that I wasn't able to resolve. I went in to this store and met Jeff the manager of this location. He went above and beyond to help me with this issue. He worked with me for over a week contacting AT&T services and was extremely polite and understanding. If I have any issues in the future or need to purchase anything from AT&T I will definitely go to this location and ask for Jeff. Thank you.

Went to get a new iPhone at the store in Bryant, AR (the one by Walmart!!). Jeff was AWESOME!! I’m giving this visit a 5, even after waiting approximately 30 min. (I expect to wait a little bit at certain places and ATT is one of them) It was only Jeff and one other associate waiting on three different parties before I got there and made 4.
They were busy but still welcomed me to the store and got some info while I was waiting in order to speed up the process. A very unpleasant lady came in for all of five minutes and was somewhat rude, then left because it was “too busy”. Had she waited 5 more minutes (or less!) they would’ve gotten to her next.
Jeff was quick and helpful. Minus a little bit of a wait (which is unusual for this store), he had my new phone + all the needed extras and allll of my old phone info transferred in less than an hour. Maybe even 30 min. That’s quick compared to my past experiences.

Ps. The store bags (reusable) are AWESOME!!!!!! THANK YOU (it’s the small things for me)

Jeff did a wonderful job at assisting my wife and I finding the right equipment for our devices. He also took the time to clarify the many service options AT&T now offers and even ensured we got the best value from our service.

Amazing service at the this location in assisting me with starting my service. Two gentleman, Jeff and Jamar, got me in and out quickly and assisted with me with an issue that couldn’t be resolved at the Alcoa store. Thanks guys! Will hit you up for our business in the future.

The staff was great and very knowledgeable. Came in closer to closing time and was not rushed at all. Very patient and the focus was on making sure we were satisfied. They didn’t have the phone we wanted in stock and were willing to give up the sale by telling us other stores that had them. Couldn’t do that because of how helpful they were and got the phone the next day!

If it wasn’t for Randy, I would still be fighting the devils of drugs and alcohol. He took the time to help me straighten out my at&t service then showed me a better path through his example of customer service. If you have lost your way, find your way to this store and get back on the path of light.

Good customer service and the team seems not only knowledgeable about the products, but work well as a team to make sure any questions, problems or concerns are handled and resolved before you leave. Also, as others have mentioned, there was no pressure for the sale, which makes the experience much better.
