Had a 2:00 appointment. They took it back 2 or a little earlier. She told me about an hour. They were done in 30 minutes!
Highly recommend.

Had a problem right before a race with my rally car. Other places that I called and set a time for blew me off when I arrived. Elizabeth really helped me out on a minor windshield repair with no notice. Big thanks to Elizabeth and Conway Safelite!

Ashley was so nice. He called to let me know that I could come in early cause his other appointment had canceled. Then when I got there he explained step by step what he was going to do and how long it should take. It was so refreshing to have some be so kind. He did a great job . Went back today for a new windshield and they did a excellent job. Got me right in . They will always get my business.

I want to thank Matt at the Conway Store for a windshield replacement on my Civic, Zack and Ethan came out to my house and had me a new windshield in, less than an hour. Would highly recommend again. Thx for taking care of me Guys.

I had my windshield replaced today. The entire process was easy. They filed my claim for me with just a phone call and they sent updates leading up to my windshield replacement being done. The customer service was great!

They had to reschedule my appt due to rain, and when it was raining that day as well, they offered to take me car to the shop so I could stay at work and get my new windshield as well. They tech was very friendly, and my car was back in an hour. Great job!!

Went this week to get my windshield fixed, showed up a little early, these guys were so professional and let me know they'd be right with me. I was out of there in less than an hour and was very pleased with the service. I would highly reccomend this business.

Great service only took about an hour and 30 minutes to install a window but had to wait due to truck me in late but I don't think that was normal hopefully I don't have to but will use again
