I've been using H&R Block for many years and you always get it done . I appreciate your employees and they are super helpful and friendly . I got there about 30 minutes early and they took me right away and had us out really quick .

Sandie Alvis has been doing my taxes for years. She never makes a mistake and always has the answers to everything. I totally trust her and consider her a special friend, although we only see one another once a year. I feel that she truly cares about getting me the biggest refund, and I look forward to handing her my paperwork and walking away without a concern in the world. She is a treasure!

Melissa was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Will definitely have her do my taxes again next year.

My tax preparer was a Blessing he was the most honest an caring Gentleman I'm came across in many years .. God is going to Bless that man for what he did.. I don't need to speak on it .. other than I don't know the man except for when I came into the office, but I would give that man my heart or lung or anything if he ever needed it.. you just don't find ppl like that still in this world everyday ... I will say he deserves employee of the year ... !!! I'll be back thru there to see him again an to thank him once more an I promise if he ever needed anything I would do my best to make sure he got it.. That's a Great Man he is a great father husband an friend . Thanks again sir you don't know how much it meant to me heck I'm crying again .. Lol... I know I just need to stop .. lol.. but seriously I thank you so much .. God made a great person when he made you ... Your doing a great job !! Because the lady who did my taxes Helen was extremely polite and friendly and went above and beyond what she had to do to help me with my taxes it was by far my best experience with filing taxes

One person and one person only! Lakiesha Ealy! I have been a LONG time HR Block Client and this year I almost left because of the Emerald Advance-there was an error on the banks side and it completely screwed things up-the bank stated I owed money when we had all statements from 2017 showing it was paid in full-(I will never recommend the Emerald Advance to anyone anymore!!!) She went to bat for me with the bank, her district manager, HRBlock and anyone else that would listen....I went to Jackson Hewitt and didn't like anything they had to offer so I reluctantly came back to HR Block in Jacksonville and she personally did my taxes for me-when it was all said and done the bank decided they were going to take $43 from me stating I owed it(I know it is not much money at all but it is PRINCIPLE) she gave me a fee refund of $43 to keep me.....I would have to say she deserves a raise b/c if it had not been for her I would have left you and never came back. She is a definite keeper!

This is now my 4th year and the cost continue to up even when I'm no longer itemizing. Over $300.00 for federal and state taxes. I may be wrong but I think that is high for just standard deductions.
