I had the pleasure of working with Lyman and from the get go it was 5 star customer service. He messaged me to remind me of my reservation. Attended me at arrival with a great greet. Showed me the unit size and prices. We went over all the requirements and agreements with ease. I will highly recommend North Star Storage units for its cleanliness, security and service. I got lucky and jumped on a half off deal online so make sure to check. Pleasure doing business Lyman. I’d give you 10 stars if I could.

I needed a storage last minute, the lady in the front desk was amazing, friendly, and very professional. She made the rental process fast and easy! She explained everything throughly very detailed oriented! I wish I knew her name but all i can say is thank you so much for the help. I definitely recommend renting here. Great space for the right rental cost. A little dusty but overall Amazing!

Lynette was amazing throughout my entire experience. She was so helpful and understanding through all the crazy winter weather and my ability to travel back and forth the empty my unit. She made moving into my unit and out of it hassle free and very pleasant. Thank you Lynette and North Star for a great experience.

Moving from one size storage unit to another was made very easy with the help of your site manager, Lynette. She is very polite, kind, friendly and very helpful with understanding everything. When we had a miss communication about when we were moving into a storage, she took care of it and is always willing to sit down and talk things over. When I left messages, she returns them in a timely matter.

Spoke with Lynette the manager, she was not only friendly but super helpful! Wealth of information and worked to get me the best deal. Super decent prices for a clean, easy access storage unit. I feel comfortable leaving my stuff here knowing the people that work here are on point and care about their customers. Highly recommend.

I had talked to the (manager) Lynette over the phone and she was on point with her customer service, I had then went into her office later that day with my grandmother and she did everything she could to properly help us. She was respectful, sweet, and just so kind!! we’re very very thankful for her help she is amazing they do good work with helping and making sure that you get a good unit that’s not expensive but a good price, it’s been such a blessing to have found them!!

Lynette made my moving and transitioning to a larger unit seemless and easy. She is friendly and full of solutions! I was going to rent down the road but learning that north star does daily lock checks I was put at ease. I'm so glad I found Lynette and north star storage!

Great place. The staff is super nice Lynette went over the rental agreement step by step help me understand exactly what I was signing. I recommend this place to anyone.

I have rented from North Star Storage since June 2010. A few months ago, I was notified the facility is under new ownership and new management. Katelyn and Tom are very professional and it's great to see that excellent service still exists.

Thank you to you both, especially to Katelyn for always being so kind and a pleasure to speak with. You both are AMAZING!!! I had two units, but moved 1 a couple years ago. I will keep paying the monthly fee so I don't have to deal with the logistics of traveling from the Willamette Valley and moving this unit for a while longer. :) Thank you for being AWESOME!!!!

Lyman is really very good at keep the grounds clean and he's very fast at fixing the the storage units he's also very informative.
