I needed to order six refrigerators for some rental properties for my daughter and we needed them ASAP. I called around and when I called Johnson home center I talked to Brittany and she literally matched the price that we got somewhere else a little cheaper and they ended up being able to deliver the same day because they knew that we needed them ASAP! This was the best customer service that I have ever Received since I’ve been working for my daughter in construction! I went the day after Christmas to buy a washer 10 minutes after mine broke. Every person there is incredibly sweet. I left with a washer I am obsessed with. And they even took my old washer off my hands. They made everything so easy and smooth. Tha KS to everyone I appreciate yall.

I just got a Babylock Flare embroidery machine. I'm so pleased with my purchase! The people there are so nice and helpful. There are so many amazing machines to choose from. Mind you these are top of the line , so price reflects that. Do not buy online or big box stores. Buy local!

My husband and I recently purchased an excellent GE refrigerator. I found exactly what I wanted with the help of an informed salesperson. The refrigerator was delivered a day earlier than scheduled by a most professional delivery team. The guys were quite friendly, and they wore masks. Delivery of a large appliance isn’t an easy task, but these guys knew what they were doing. One even checked for and wiped away a few dirty handprints. I highly recommend Johnston’s. Rest assured that you’ll receive top-notch service from the minute you’re greeted until you are completely satisfied with the completion of the sale, including delivery.

Customer service at this place is beyond amazing. I run a Lawncare business out of Benton and have always bought my equipment from here. Robert does an amazing job of making sure I always have blades in stock and getting my my equipment serviced ASAP. Great service, prices and a wide variety of popular name brand items. One can purchase a riding mower, big screen TV or any kind of sewing machine you can imagine. Very knowledgeable staff that will assist you in choosing the the items that best meets your needs. Have I mentioned how awesome the staff are here?

We were blessed to be gifted three major appliances over the holidays and what seemed like a very simple triple sale turned out to be ridiculously complex after-sales service (due to our swapping to a gas dryer & non-floor-model fridge doors) but Mr Johnston offered to go the extra mile on our after-sales requests. Outstanding relief knowing they have us on 5 year warranty should we require repairs. Praise God!

I have shopped here for years & always had a great experience. They even helped me with one rather odd request for a vacuum cleaner hose on one occasion. We made up something that met my needs. Creative & it works !

This is a great place to shop for sewing and embroidery supplies, sewing machines, fabrics, tools, appliances and more. They also offer classes for those who buy a machine there or if you just want to learn and create something new. They have a very knowledgeable and helpful staff ready to serve.

My first major purchase from Johnston's was a Frigidaire washer/dryer set about 7 or 8 years ago-- I got a very competitive price and they delivered and installed. I've had no major issues from either machine this whole time.

Recently, a mower I bought used finally bit the dust and I remembered Johnston's, so after doing a little preliminary costing at the retail chains (Home Depot, Lowes, TSC), I went to take a look at what Johnston's has to offer and ended up buying a Toro Timecutter MX4200 from them at slightly less than I could find it anywhere else with 0% financing!

Robert made sure I was matched with the right machine for my needs. He and his dad, who are pretty much always there, were both extremely helpful, and I get the bonus of investing in a truly local business (our daughters went to high school together) and an honest-dealing family. They know all about their mowers and service what they sell. I can't imagine getting that level of service and care from one of the chain stores.
