Amazing service! They got my car in and fixed in less than 2 days, after I waited over a month for repair from a different shop. Shanda was so helpful during the whole process and very understanding. I am a single mom and this car is my only source of transportation. They understood the need and got my car in and out, as fast as possible, and even followed up with me. Amazing customer service, and Brandon did great with my old car. 10/10 recommend.

My daughter was broken down in her driveway and needed a tow, they picked up the car for about 70 bucks ( that's not bad for a wrecker. ) brought the car back and had it running in pretty short order. I was happy enough that I plan to take my X5 to them from Saint Louis. I absolutely recommend them to anyone with a European car in need of repair.

Awesome mechanic , he is fast and does great job. He can hear your car and know the problem. Great prices and fast repair work. I will use them always and highly recommend this place.

An amazing shop to go to we were in and out in no time mr.thompson was VERY efficient no problems at all got us in immediately and went above and beyond for our 2002 pt cruiser! Great Service!!!
Our engine mount is broken (confirmed) but Brandon was able to make the noise stop until we can do without the car while its in the shop (2nd vehicle wrecked and at body shop). Thompson's has replaced O2 sensors, fixed timing, found & Repaired vacuum leaks, changed fuel injectors, diagnosed problems and troubleshooted problems. I wont go anywhere else.

As a single mom, I always get so scared about going to automotive shops. I feel vulnerable and out of my element. Shanda went out of her way to make me feel competent and was never condescending. My car was looked at the same day I brought it in. I will be referring everyone here and will be coming back!!
