The office was very clean and even smelled good! The staff was helpful, friendly and extremely professional and efficient. Dr. Harris was easy to talk to and was legitimately thorough. I was in and out quickly with clear instructions for next steps. I'm a very happy customer!

This was a great experience and a great clinic. Very clean, not crowded, and a calm environment. Everyone was friendly and patient, and the process was easy and quick (having your medical records and prescriptions really makes a difference). The doctor was also very knowledgeable and can help you with any questions you have. I definitely recommend this clinic.

Upon my first visit I did not know what to expect. I found, however, on my first visit, as well as my second, that the process for getting certified for the MMJ Card was a fairly simple process,
provided you meet the requirements.
The reception area is very clean and neat. The wait time to see the Doctor wasn't long at all. I found the entire staff to be awesome. They are all very pleasant and polite. They are very quick to help and answer any questions you may have. I recommend AR Cannabis Clinic to be the place to go for your MMJ Card.

The atmosphere is very opening and inviting. The front desk staff were so nice and helped everyone in the waiting room with what ever they needed. Dr. Liu was very open and honest, I never felt judged or shamed. Which is NOT common in the bible belt. He truly wanted to help me and that is what a doctor should do.

The ladies here are the best! They're very welcoming and make sure to explain all processes thoroughly as well as answer all your questions. The doctors that have called me are all super kind and call right on time as promised. They also make sure your questions are answered and they don't take up all your time. Definitely stop by if you need to apply/reapply for your medical card!

This was the best place to go. Filling out paperwork took longer than the event with Dr. Fleming.

Dr. Fleming took time to talk to me, was very easy to understand as he went through the process after leaving the clinic.

The waiting room was very clean and nice. The young lady behind the counter was very nice, helpful and kind. The doctor was very nice, kind and understanding! Overall very great experience! Ive have already told a few people so excited!

Excellent clinc!! Wish I could rate it higher. They are some of the kindest staff I have come across and made me feel welcomed. I was absolutely nervous about my appointment but after two friendly reminders over the phone and experiencing great service, I couldn't feel any better. It was so simple and quick! They made me feel like my health was important and were wanting the best treatment for me and they definently did everything to get me on the road to better help. I was always too scared about getting my card and fussing with my records, but I cannot tell you how incredibly easy they make it for you; I had no way of getting my records so they retrieved them for me at no cost! Also, the clinc itself was clean and very well kept which also made me feel more at ease with my environment. If you are considering getting your card, even a little, then stop by their clinic and get evaluated anyways. There is absolutely nothing to lose with this process and it is definently worth the visit!

I went in for chronic pain. The environment was very professional and comfortable. The staff and doctors seem knowledgeable as well.

I brought my medical records in and received my certification at the end of the visit.

The staff was wonderful working me in to see the doctor. They were knowledgeable about what they were to do even though the clinic is brand new. The doctor went over everything and made me feel at ease. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

Awesome. There’s nothing more to say. Great place in my opinion. Doctors are taking me off my alpralozam so I needed something to help with my anxiety and ptsd from an accident I got into when I was 11 so…. Yeah great people and establishment.

Went there, I was immediately certified. The staff was very friendly, and on point. They even offer snacks. I was there maybe 35 minutes and I was done and on my way. When I called to make an appt, the lady receptionist was very friendly and helpfull. When I went to my appt, was very nice and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful with all my questions, I didn't have to wait long at all to see the dr. Very satisfied with my visit.

Considering the circumstances, I was nervous until I walked in the door. The staff are very cordial and do a wonderful job of killing your fears and calming your nerves. Dr. Harris is awesome, as well. 😎

I went to the Fort Smith location and was given prompt, professional, and loving care. All individuals were very happy to help with how to obtain my medical records, and was able to walk me through every step of the process. For those putting off getting their card because they’re afraid of getting judged—please, come here. The doctors at the AR Cannabis Clinic, as well as the wonderful ladies at the front desk, know that patients who come in need medicine, not judgement.

Greetings where great. Doctor was quick didn't leave me sitting in a room. The staff asked me over and over to make sure understanding was there. It's just how explained on site. I recommend!!
