Hampton Inn Maumelle

We went for the eclipse and thought this might be a good spot. It was the best choice I ever made. The young lady that checked us in was awesome, and suggested the festival at a nearby lake. We went there and made friends and enjoyed a wonderful experience. This hotel and the whole staff are excellent. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast had every choice you want. We drove 12 hours to get to Maumelle from North Carolina and loved our experience.

Affordable place - quiet area and clean rooms. They had fresh baked cookies in the lobby for guests. All the staff was very warm and welcoming. There are signs of aging but the rooms were nice and clean and you can see some renovations are happening. I really like the gym and think you have enough of what you need if you are traveling for a short time.

Great location. Very nice staff. Good selection for breakfast. Rooms had everything needed, items were a little dated but it all worked. Would definitely stay here again.

Cole checked me in. And his wonderful personality was almost as amazing as his hair and beard. He also spent HOURS making chocolate chip cookies and they were fantastic, his dedication really shows. I ate 72.5 of them and still couldn’t get enough. The room was clean and the shower was hot. A+ all around :)

I stayed her for a dance competition it was nice and the lighting was gray for getting ready vs other stays we’ve had with poor hotel room lighting. It was easy to get in and out and a perfect location to most restaurants and Walmart.

This was my second stay with my granddaughter at this location. Our main concerns are cleanliness, cost, and safety. On our most recent stay I drove extra miles on this night of our trip to get to this hotel because I knew it was clean and safe.

I stayed here from the evening of 9/12 trough the morning of 9/15. This location is very conveniently located to the office that I was visiting for business. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. The AC worked great, and I like the fact that I could leave the fan on for white noise as well. The bed was comfortable, the were many different firmness options for the pillows, and I was able to find ones for my liking. I had plenty of hot water for showers, and I got a nice hot and delicious breakfast every morning. I also never even knew if I had neighbors because my room was so quiet. I enjoyed my stay.

Very clean updated hotel. The swimming pool outside is comfortable, well lit plenty of seating and towels also. Our room was surface clean and the beds comfortable. I will definitely stay here again. Close to a lot of food options and shopping as well. Continental breakfast was well stocked with options and good food. Loved the modern decor in the seating area / lobby. Staff was very friendly as well.

I'm a Diamond Member and even though my stay was for one night, I would have stayed longer. Staff really friendly. I was appreciative of the mask wearing. Locality of the hotel was nice. Close to I-40 and I-430. But off the highway. Close to food, but had to drive to it. Hotel was room was nice and felt clean (I like to a once over just to make sure). Only bad was my tub filled with water from the shower faster then it would drain (and yes, the drain plug was pulled).

Great stay! The rooms were great, very clean and up dated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I do not like motels at all, but this was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone. We have already booked a future date with them.

Very friendly and helpful staff. A big shoutout to Claire at the front desk. She was so helpful and welcoming. Another shout out to Donna at the front desk... she helped us out as well. Our room and the lobby were very clean. If we are ever in the area again we know where we will stay.

Lobby extremely nice. Rooms still quite nice bit a little smaller than some other hotels in the area. Friendly staff let me check in super late so that I could pretty much take a shower, a short nap, and then make my noon flight. I only wished they had breakfast service.

The breakfast here is amazing. The pressed juice and smoothies are absolutely amazing. The green juice doesn't look like it would taste good but I highly recommend it delicious. So glad they have a waffle iron that makes 1-4 mini waffles. I can never eat a whole Belgian waffle. What ever you do don't skip your breakfast with healthy options

OMG! I absolutely loved my stay at the Hampton Inn in Maumelle, AR! Donna was absolutely fantastic working with me on my reservation while Kimberly at the front desk was so friendly and helpful as well each day I saw her. Rooms were clean and so comfortable and the hotel is close to everything. I will most definitely stay here when traveling back to Arkansas. Couldn't have asked for anything better! Thank you Donna and Kimberly for making my stay hassle free!

The room was to order. The entire staff worked overtime to ensure my stay was perfect. Excellent breakfast, with waffles the coffee was hot and plentiful. Great stay.

Arrived late and was greeted by Antonio with a warm welcome! Antonio hit on all cylinders when it come to properly greeting and polished customer service! This was my first time to the area and it was very nice and safe! The Hampton Inn Was very clean and well appointed! Great stay and highly recommend.

The location is extremely convenient - located across the street from a Wal-Mart Supercenter, Bank, and Restaurants. Though I was only visiting with family in the lobby, it was clean and welcoming. There were soft-baked chocolate chip cookies that were delicious! They also had ice water and coffee available. The parking lot was very well lit. I would recommend it.

I absolutely enjoyed everything from the beautifully clean room to every amenity they offer. Services and hospitality were A1 and the staff was completely accommodating, professional and service oriented. I will absolutely return as soon as my schedule allows!!!!

The friendliest Hampton Inn we've stayed at, and we've stayed at about 25. There was a hand-written welcome note when we arrived, with 2 chocolate mints, which my kids devoured. Fresh cookies right out of the oven, everything was immaculate! The town is beautiful, and this hotel is located right across the street from a Wal-Mart which is super-handy when travelling. Worked out very well.
