Brooke Andrews - State Farm Insurance Agent

Switched to Brooke Andrews after having poor service from another State Farm Agent. They have been awesome and super responsive and helpful every time I call. Jennifer who I believe is the office manager is the best. Totally recommend them.

The staff is friendly and always willing to answer any questions that I have to make sure that I am well educated on my insurance policies and information. I have had several of my family members and friends switch to this agency because of the personal attention that I receive. I have been a state farm customer since I was 16 year old and this is the agency that has provided me exceptional customer service. I highly recommend them!

When my policies are near the renewal deadline, they ALWAYS contact me, go over each policy to see if changes are needed, and I’m on my way. Look, this is the insurance agency everyone needs to have. They’re the best. At my old insurance agency, Nationwide, when the bank issued me a new debit card and I forgot to update it with them, they cancelled the insurance without calling or notifying. Sent a letter like it was no big deal. Nationwide is not on your side, okay? Understand that. But like a good neighbor, State Farm was there. When the same debit card thing happened with this agency, they called and said “We think it’s something to do with the debit card.” That meant the world to me that they didn’t just cancel it, that someone took the time to call and check on what was up. (Now I have it pulled from the bank account and not the card) And then when I had a fender bender, Brooke sat down with me and walked me through how to handle everything. These are the people who you want when things go bung because they know what they are doing and they will help you. Even when you’re not in the best of moods and even when you’re thisclose to crying, they help. They are good at what they do.

I am glad Nationwide cancelled me because I have never regretted switching to State Farm.
