Great cuts

worst experience I've ever had. It was the third time I had been there. Samantha stogehill did my hair. She just highlighted it the first two times and it looked fine. I thought the third time I would let her give me some layers and trim my ends. My hair was right below my shoulders, it was all one length. All I wanted was some layers to break it up some. I even showed her a picture of what I wanted. The picture showed the front,sides, and back of the haircut so she would know exactly what I wanted. It was a medium length haircut with layers, period. She didn't give me any layers and cut over 7 inches off my hair. The length ended up right below my ears no layers. She proceeded to butcher my hair from there I guess to correct her mistake. I have been to two other stylist to try and have the insane hole fixed in the back of my head. Then another to try and fix how uneven it is on the sides. The hilight she gave me did look ok, but now that she did this to me I was probably always one appointment away from her melting my hair off. The owner of the salon did absolutely nothing, she is not much of an owner to care so little about the customers that come to her salon. It will take at least a year to correct what she did. please beware if you go here. Good luck
