I had a pair of boots that I had messed up the lacing on and I couldn't relace it. So I took it in and they relaced it for me and I didn't even buy them there. They were super nice about it and I will definitely start shopping there. Very friendly staff. Thank you so much.

Love this store! The heavenly aroma of leather as soon as you walk in makes it feel like home. We were looking for, and found, a pair of boots. The staff were friendly, helpful, and fun; especially Bobby. We'll go back.

Have shopped at several locations and the one in Ft Smith is the cleanest and most organized. Mikaila and Jaedyn were very helpful in assisting me in picking out shirts since I have zero fashion sense. Always greeted at the door and selection in very good.

Best place to go for western wear clothes. Can get a good pair of boots too

I bought 2 pair of boots here they are great. I walked and was greeted with a Hello. Went to the boots, where a salesperson was busy with another customer. She finish she very kindly helped me pick out my boots that I love. Plus water proof protection for them. While at the register I bought a bottle of cologne. All in all it was a wonderful day. Thank you so much!! Oh, I've been else where, no names and no comparison to Cavender's you all are Great!! Will be back.

Hunter! Hunter! Hunter! Three cheers for Hunter. My husband's hat was lost for two weeks. It was found beneath the twin's blankets, having joined our family's toy story nightmare.
By the time Hunter was done there was no evidence of the princess torture. The black was smooth and solid. The shape restored literally to new!

Mikaila was so helpful, I came in to exchange a belt for a larger size and the only size in stock was too big so she took the time to punch extra holes in the belt so for so it fits perfect.

The sales staff here bend over backwards to help you get everything you need. I went there to buy jeans because it's really hard to find my size. Not only did they have my size they special ordered more. So if you are looking for a friendly place to shop for clothing and accessories. Cavenders is the place you'll want to go.

This place was absolutely amazing! By far the best customer service I have ever experienced in finding what I need. They didn't have my size in stock and called around and got in touch with Ariate to get my boots shipped to my door, because I travel for work! Thanks ya'll!

Lots of stuff little of everything nice staff

I've bought boots here before, and the staff has always been very helpful and kind. I like the people that work there, because you can joke with them when you're buying or looking at what there is for sale.
