Harbor Freight Tools

It would have been nice if they had another checker. The one working was wonderful, we found everything we were looking for and a little LOL. The bathrooms were very clean. They don't have paper towels only air dryers.

Usually find myself visiting this store about once a month. Wonderful place to shop for the odd tool for any job. Haven’t had any issues with staff as they’ve been very helpful. Highly recommend!

Had plenty of tarps and equipment right before a big snow (most places were completely sold out) the cashier was so sweet

They didn't have what we needed but went above and beyond to help us find it. Not only at another location but another retailer. I'd definitely go back just for the great customer service

I know a lot of people say harbor freight tools are no good or cheap! I’ve bought a Chicago grinder had a coupon for $23 and have used it for off and on a good 7-8 hours around the house. By no means am I rich so it’s not what I wanted but I needed one! Also a Chicago multi tool and I had another coupon for like $18 and like I said I wanted the best but it’s what I needed. Got a Pittsburgh floor jack and 4 stands and no problem lifting my Jeep for my needs. Then if you get a chance cut out that coupon for that free gift or take a picture and they will honor that too! Get a chance get the monthly ad and so many coupons!
I’m sure if have a business and use tools they have a better name brand. If you are like me someone that needs tools on a budget, better than nothing. It’s a choice we all have.

You'll be amazed by all the cool stuff you never knew you needed! The prices are unbeatable, like seriously, they're 🔥. Quality? Pshh, don't even worry about it! Commercial companies use their products all day, every day, so you know they're legit! 🙌🛍

This place is great so One stop shop for just about any tool you'll need most of the tools are pretty reliable and the prices are very reasonable

I probably visit this store at least once or twice each week, because they always have what I am looking for at a very reasonable price. Not everyone needs the Big Name Brands to do their weekend projects, and HF offers a wide range of quality vs. price tools.
Very seldom do I come in here and not find what I need because the shelves are always stocked, and there is always some good stuff on sale. If Nate sees you, he is always willing to help you find what your looking for!

Awesome as always had to buy 2 generators lady at register told me if I join the insider freight club I would save 100dollars for the 29$ membership and got 20% off of all the other things I had to buy extension cords ect. As I was leaving she waved me back and said forgot to give you free flashlight. If I brake a harbor freight tool which I have only done once they replaced it. Great store in Benton Ar great staff. Fantastic prices. I have been using a shop fan for 5 years a little loud because it moves so much air. Fyi for some of the other reviews about generators yes you have to put oil in them. Read the destructions as my wife calls them. 15 months replacement Generator for 250 dollars less than big box store. My relatives in Nashville with no power will be very glad to see me tonight. One last thing use ethanol free gas if you can find it Google it if you live in one of the free states you will. Or near a marina.

I really like this store. It's a great alternative to bigger stores like Home Depot or Lowes (not that there's anything wrong with either of these stores). They have a large selection of merchandise and I've never been disappointed with an item I've bought from Harbor Freight. The prices are pretty fair too.

Got a new lo pro Daytona jack for 140 after tax it was a great deal and so far the jack seems to be as good as any !

Love me some harbor freight! Friendly staff, usually has what I'm looking for. Prices have increased alot over the years but you can still get some good deals you can't get anywhere else.

Absolutely the nicest HB I've ever been to. Staff was VERY friendly, showroom was well stocked, properly labeled, and orderly, and the restroom was as clean as a surgical ward. I could have have spent the entire day there and never been bored. This is a man's dream palace!

This HF (Benton, AR) store is very friendly, unlike some of the other stores we've visited. The employees were very helpful with the customers. Even though they were wearing masks, you could see them smiling. We will definitely be back to THIS store!
