I went into Lowe’s today at about 1:30, my husband sent me to buy a battery pack chainsaw. As soon as I walked in an employee whose name tag said Shawn, asked if he could help me, I asked him to point me in the direction of the chainsaws. He said sure I’ll take you there. Which he did He asked me questions about which one I was interested in. Well I didn’t know it but they come in different sizes and blades. He helped me make the right choice, according to my husband. I went to self checkout and was out of the store in less than 20 minutes. I was very happy. Thanks Shawn.

We went to Lowes for flooring and received the best help. First Stephen was an exceptional employee he went above and beyond to help us figure out our issue we really appreciated his help. Then Tyler the manager was also super helpful and a absolute joy to talk to. We are used to getting the cold shoulder at the big box stores and this was not the case at the fort smith Lowes. We will definitely be shopping more there in the future because of the exceptional assistance.

I love shopping online at Lowes for pickup at the Fort Smith store near me! So convenient and easy and priced competitively, and better quality than other home improvement stores ! My husband made this headboard and these coffee and end tables - beautiful!

I needed to remodel a wall in a customers kitchen. So I needed some sheetrock and the supplies to do the job properly. I was pleased to find that everything I needed was in one location and very easy to put it all together and check out within ten minutes! Kudos to Lowe's! Thank you!

Really love the whirlpool confection 5 burner with griddle stove its great cooking makes baking great i love it .also whirlpool side by side Refrigerator w ice maker ....

Lowe's is usually my go to home improvement store they do not yet have tap to pay options but they also do not yet have fully self check out so that's kind of a wash

We have a good Lowes in Fort smith ar. They are very helpful, but that's not true in all of their stores

JOHN IN THE PLUMBING DEPARTMENT IS AWESOME!! Was having a problem with thr unavailability of 1/4"pex fittings to 3/4" and he patiently helped this very frustrated customer. The 5 stars is for John, not the 10 other people that were no help

I found assistance quickly, well actually they found me and asked if I needed help finding anything. The associate was young, so I really didn't think he would know what I needed as it was an unusual request. Not only did he know where to find what I needed, but he really went over and above to understand my issue. I'm so very impressed.

My Sister & I went to Lowe's looking for a special tool she needed for work. We could not find what she was looking for so we asked one of the workers there. He immediately stopped working and started helping us look for what she needed. He searched the shelves and his computer to find out that they did not carry it. We asked if he by some chance knew where we could find it, and he told us a couple of places that we would most likely find it. I absolutely love going to Lowe's. Not many places will send their customers other places even when they don't carry what you need. Lowe's absolutely knows how to take care of their customers and that way pretty much guarantee future business again. That's what keeps me going back. Go there please. Yes maybe the prices are higher on some things than other places, but in my experience most products are better quality and their employees are 100% more loyal to the customers than most employees of other businesses ever thought about being. Thank You Lowe's Don't Ever Change. But if you have to you could lower your prices 🤣🤣🤣

Great place to get lumber and tools for wood working. But they need more help in the store.

We are new in town. We needed few things from Lowes for our bed frame and shower head. The guy with purple hair was really big help. Good help. Good atmosphere, we will definitely be going back for our hardware needs.
