Burger King

We had a 3-year old granddaughter’s birthday party on 6/10/23, and it was GREAT! She loved the crowns, and play place, and of course the nuggets! Lilly, the general manager, was AMAZING! The staff were all friendly and helpful too. I love that we had our own room where the kids could run around. I highly suggest setting up your party today!

I came through the drive through and from the first guy taking my order and payment to the last guy handing me my food it was a wonderful experience. Everyone was so nice and pleasant.

It was fast, good service! I ordered the honey mustard chicken wrap and cheese tots!

We went through the drive-thru for breakfast and we got the croissants bacon egg and cheese with hash browns. The drive thru staff was very helpful, friendly and double checked our order before handing it out the window.

I don't care you were training employees today. Every part of my transaction was smooth. The drive through young lady who gave me my food was bubbly and refreshingly upbeat and a huge smile

Here recently they have been doing great. I haven’t had any order issues and the burgers have been legendary.

I had a beacon burger with extra mayo and oh my god the burger was extra juicy and the flavors really mixed in with the cheese and bread. I do think they are getting better.
Only issues:

I think there is a lack of moral. It seems like the employees aren’t happy to be where they are at and it kinda brings the environment down. Almost depressing. So something is happening in the kitchen..

This isn't my usual location and I had a big order as I was bringing food to a few nurses at Saline Memorial who were treating my son and I was very impressed. The manager on duty, I forget her name, was very pleasant to deal with, food was good and fresh. This woman was working her proverbial butt off and I wanted to mention this because of the asshats behind me commenting on her weight and the size of her butt. She was a lovely lady

Used the drive thru it was a little slow but hey what can I say food was made correctly and tasted great will return

CJ is a great manager/ team leader! Stopped in because after driving for 10 hrs, our little one was ready for a BREAK! Food was great, and the place was super clean.

The spicy chicken sandwich was great and just the right amount of heat, would definitely recommend.

Actually it was our third choice...but in reality...it should have been our first choice...this restaurant was so clean you could eat off the floor..and Lilly...the new manager was the best...her lunch crew were awesome....very great experience...my new favorite place...miss Lilly will be seeing more of us...thank you miss lily...

Pleasant staff with a clean dinning area. Great place for kids to play and unwind. They do have a large volume of customers so it's not uncommon for the bathrooms to be a little neglected. However I found if you mention it to the staff, they get right on it. Can't fix if they don't know. We will be back.

Can't say I'm a regular, but over the years as I've gone to see my family it's a regular stop. It's always clean, including the restrooms. The cashiers are quick, but they don't rush you. Food prep is also quick and has been without error. My choices include adding more of this and holding that, which for this team seems to be expected. I don't know the BK recipes, but hope they don't change them, unless they use sugar (I prefer something like Stevia). Finally, their location on I30 @ US59 only takes a minute or two access time. (I know, I should buy stock.)

Best burger King I've ever been to. Awesome play place.

For the money you can't BEAT IT.
