I have been a patient here for more than 10 years and I am grateful to have them in our community. The physicians and nurses are kind, caring, people who listen to your concerns and work with you to live a healthy life.

I worked in medical over 14 years and I’ve met over 70% of the PCP’s in Arkansas. Dr. Nelson is one of the BEST physicians you will find within Arkansas. Staff is friendly and service is prompt. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, caring PCP, Dr. Nelson should be your first consideration.

I was very sick when I called in the morning. Dr Nelson was booked so I agreed to see Nurse Practitioner Cindy because I could be seen that day. Truthfully I thought I had Covid and I was scared.

It was my first time seeing Cindy and she was excellent in her care, diagnosis, and treatment for me. A chest X-ray confirmed I had Pneumonia. (Whew) She asked all the right questions to understand my health history which is complicated. Cindy listened to ALL my concerns and made a plan to address them. She was personable, warm and professional at the highest level. I felt just as comfortable with her care as I have for years with Dr. Nelson, whom I treasure, I will be happy to see either one of them in the future.

Cindy called ME yesterday, that follow up call was very impressive and so comforting to me.
Her concern brought great relief to my stress and touched my heart.

Oh don’t let me forget the star of the show…..Dr. Tyler Nelson is my family Doctor. He was even won the heart of my very articulate and analytical husband.
Dr. Nelson is not rushed when treating you. He will answer all questions and is very knowledgeable and caring. He has helped me change long term medications to better fit my condition and finances. He is amazingly patient and throughly inquisitive. Dr. Nelson now serves 4 other family members (that is everyone who lives in Arkansas) You will feel comfortable in his presence and important. Dr Nelson is TOP NOTCH.

I was referred to Dr Nelson in 2016. Best referral ever! I won’t ever leave his care.

The staff are long term employees and that speaks volumes about a practice.

I received the best customer service experience over the phone a few days ago. The gals name was Rihanna* (not sure if that’s the spelling). She was so pleasant, helpful and empathic towards my needs. I was so impressed with how nice she was! It’s so hard to get that courtesy these days. Everyone should be a Rihanna. Give Rihanna a cupcake for being so sweet 🧁🙌🏾

Dr Skelly is the best PCP dr I've seen in over 25 yes he listens and you can tell he really cares about his patience I recommend him to anyone that is looking or needs a new PCP. Thank you Lord for putting him in my life..

I'm not a go to the doctor kind of person when I feel sick or hurt, that being said the staff and Dr. Nelson make want to come see the doctor on a regular basis. If you looking for a doctor office and doctors that really care about your well-being look no further.

They open at 8AM, yet I didn't get called in for my 9AM appointment until sometime after 9:30. Fortunately, it wasn't a huge inconvenience for me this time, but how do they get so behind in the first hour? The staff were very nice, and the Doctors are top notch. I know some appointments can run long, but when it happens more often than not, one starts to wonder if they value my time as much as I value theirs.

*Update*
There have been some changes lately that have improved working with their staff. If you need to get prescription refills, I highly recommend using their new web portal to request them. This has been significantly more reliable than the previous system.

The staff consistently screws up call-in prescriptions, so don't count on them for anything important.

The DR'S ASSISTANT CHASE,IS NOT EFFICIENT AT HIS JOB!!! HE DOES USUALLY IGNORS E-MAILS & TAKE WEEKS TO GET ANY REFILLS CALLED IN. THEN JUST FOR KICKS HE WILL BE AN ASS & CALL IN YOUR MEDS TO A DIFFERENT PHARMACY. I AM SPEAKING FOR SEVERAL PATIENTS WITH THIS REVIEW. THE DR'S ARE KIND & DO LISTEN & ARE INTELLIGENT. FRONT STAFF IS VERY NICE & ATTENTIVE. THE PROBLEM HERE IS IN THE MIDDLE BETWEEN THE FRONT & DR'S & THAT IS CHASE. HE NEEDS TO REASSES HIS CAREER PATH. PLUS TAKE SOME ORGANIZATION CLASSES.

My wife went in for her scheduled appointment, She was in there waiting so long I went home mowed the yard went grocery shopping got the oil changed on the car had my tires rotated and then returned and she was still in there I think a snail can move faster that this office staff. Maybe she passed out in there as she was not to eat anything before her appointment. ….ah no , not to worry she just let me know she is still alive and still in there

My friend has had nothing but issues since going here the woman at the front desk is a liar claims to be a nurse they have had 21 days to complete paperwork from Sedgwick but they have apparently lost it or don’t care to do it they are denying getting the fax when I even hand delivered w the paperwork to them do better ppl

I really like Dr. Christoper Skelley, when he finally gets in to see see you he is easy to talk to and understand. But the staff signing you in and working the front desk lie to your face and don’t acknowledge you when you come in the office. If they are busy they will just ignore you. I complained once through a past insurance I had think to deter clients from using this office. I did notice a change, but after today those women said they did not see when I came in. Really!!! This is a Physicians office, your eyes are trained on the door to see patients come in your office. Make sure they enter your business safety and taken care of. But after standing there, they were talking amongst themselves, so I just sat down signed in online through their app and then called to make sure I was in fact signed in. The woman whom answered the phone told me that i needed to go to the window, without listening to my reply she hung up on me. So I got up and instead of just standing there as before and being ignored again, I opened the sliding glass window myself, as I was opening it she shut! I was so mad, I started to leave and she said they had to keep the glass closed, but needed to take my temp. I said well you ignored me earlier because you both were bumping your gums. I left and changed my PCP and filed yet another complaint with my insurance again.
When I first arrived I was the only patient in the waiting room, now I know why!!

They SUCK

Had terrible experience tonight at after hours. She wouldn't listen and got an attitude. Highly disappointed and wouldn't recommend after hour clinic.
