Oh my goodness! When we went to plan my Dad's funeral recently, I had no idea what I was walking into when our family walked into Smith Family in Benton, AR. The kindess, compassion, patience and even hugs were exactly what we needed on that day! Jeri Lynn and her staff went overboard to make us comfortable, love on us and help us make Dad's service everything we wanted so we served our hero well. It was an honor to work with this team. There are zero complaints about their service from the beginning to the end!

Wonderful service and very respectful throughout the whole process. Not pushy and didn’t try to oversell beyond our wishes for a simple service. Ashley was the best and ever so kind. Holly helped with aftercare and was very kind.

Rhonda has been an absolute blessing to our family! If you ever have to deal with the unfortunate circumstances of having to prepare for your loved ones funeral service this is the place to go! She made it so painless has done 2 services for our family & each one has been absolutely perfect! Very professional & makes the painful process so much easier to handle.

Ashley was very professional and a pleasure to work with. She went beyond what some people would do to help us out. I can't say enough kind words about them, Miss Kathy with the aftercare she was very helpful. Look forward to talking to her shortly funeral home was great Wish I met them on different circumstances, but they made it a pleasure and comforting trouble free experience. I highly recommend them based on my experiences with them.

My sister passed unexpectedly in a car accident and Smith's funeral home made the process easier for all of our family. Rhonda was a rockstar. She helped give us everything and worked hard to make certain things happen even if others said no. They worked hard to make sure we could get to tell her goodbye one last time and it meant more to us than they will ever know. They took great care of my baby sister and family. The service was absolutely beautiful and amazingly pink like she would have wanted. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for taking care of her and our family during this tough time. I highly recommend them.

I just wanted to let the management of Smith Davis Funeral home, that Rhonda Rushing was the sweetest person to my mother and I. She took care of everything from the time we met her until the funeral was over and even after that she said we could call her 24/7, if we needed anything. She was a God send to us. We almost went with Ashby Funeral Home because of the time we needed the service, but Rhonda worked with us and I am so glad we worked with her. She is an angel and we have a new friend for life. She is an awesome funeral director.

Also Jeff Hulsizer did an awesome job on the obituary, it was like he knew Denver forever. When he got us to sing Amazing Grace right before the service was over, it was such a blessing. I liked Jeff so much, my mother and I are going to find out where he preaches and go listen to him.

Rhonda and Jeff made this experience so good for us and that says something, especially when you're saying good bye to a loved one. We love both of them.

Jeri Lynn showed such compassion and caring and went above and beyond to add a personal touch to the service based on a story we shared with her during the planning process. The attention to detail in every part of our experience was extraordinary, and the staff made themselves readily available to answer any questions we had, even the week after the service. Rhonda at the Benton location is just all around a beautiful person. She was so loving and kind to not only my daddy but the whole family during the loss of my mom. You couldn’t find anyone that is better than her.

Smith Benton Funeral Home handled the funeral arrangements for my Grandmother recently. Everyone was very kind and helpful to my mom and uncles during this time. I chose Smith Funeral to handle the final arrangements for my wife based upon recommendations I received from Arkansas Hospice. The r3epresentative who worked with me, Mrs Jeri Davenport was kind, polite, and knowledgeable. She was also straightforward in describing the services Smith would provide and the cost of the services. She was right on the mark so there was no misunderstandings or surprises. I would highly recommend Smith Family Funeral. They are fine Christian people.

Went here for my mom who died of Covid. The lady I spoke with was very kind and gentle. She listened to everything we had to say and was very honest about our options. The building is very beautiful and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants their loved ones taken care of.

Smith Family Funeral home accomplished everything we had hoped for. They have now done the funerals of both of my parents. They were empathetic and listened very well. Their videos were absolutely beautiful. I hope I do not have to deal with any funeral home for a long time but this would be my choice.
