The staff at Dial & Dudley is absolutely outstanding! They are caring, polite, attentive and professional. It was as if they felt part of our family. It is a family owned and operated business. Rene and Jim provided a personal touch not found elsewhere. When we needed them for any reason they were available. I felt they went over and above our expectations. We found their prices far below the other funeral homes while offering high quality products and services. We cannot thank them enough for all they did during our difficult time.

The Dial and Dudley family were nothing short of amazing. Planning a Funeral is never something you look forward to. My family was treated with so much respect and during the planning process, although a hard conversation to have, we all felt as if they were part of our family. It made the difficult decisions easier to make. This Funeral Home is detailed yet thoughtful and extremely humble.

Dail and Dudley made laying my mother to rest too early so much easier. From beginning to end their service was amazing. They helped us stay on the small budget we had, including making sure her burial in a different state after her funeral in Arkansas was taken care of within the budget set. They went above and beyond helping us make decisions, write the obituary, get the word out, and make sure the procedures were exactly how we wanted. I am so thankful that my father decided to go with Dial and Dudley Funeral Home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience in the worst time of our lives.

I have been with Dial and Dudley Funeral Home for over a year now, and not only do I have my dream job, but I also have gained a new family! Jim and Reynae are wonderful people. I have seen how they truly treat people, and it is how I'd want my own family to be treated. No one could ever make it easy for our families, but they do the best they can to make it a smooth transition. From my own experience and speaking with other people while working here, our funeral home is homey and welcoming. When I walked in the front doors for the first time, I was expecting to be nervous. Granted, I was very nervous like anyone else trying to get a job, but when I walked in I became more calm. I walked in multiple funeral homes a year ago, and I just knew Dial and Dudley Funeral Home was where I needed to be. I would totally recommend my own family. Losing our papaw was extremely difficult to deal with. My grandparents had everything prearranged at dial and dudley funeral home, which made everything easier to handle when he passed. The last thing you want to think about is picking out coffins, arrangements, etc. when someone you love dearly just passes.

Allie was the lady who helped us bring everything together. She was very patient, kind, and understanding. She went above and beyond when it came to assisting our family. She made us feel better given the circumstances and it felt like a weight lifted off our shoulders with her help. We didn't feel like we just another family to do business with.

I highly recommend this funeral home and Allie was great! I also recommend getting things planned for your funeral ahead of time, it makes it so much easier for the family.

These funeral directors helped us so much. After going to a more prominent funeral home, I felt frustrated with how we were being treated. A friend recommended we try Dial and Dudley and the difference was night and day! We didn't feel like we were being pressured to handle the death of our loved one in any specific way. Reynae laid out their services and was very helpful while allowing us to make our own decision. And the prices! If we had stuck with our first choice, we would have gone broke! Dial and Dudley cares. I wouldn't entrust my the care of my family members to anyone else.

Mr Dial and his team really helped us as we went through a very difficult moment of loss. From our initial consultation to the day of the memorial, they made hard logistics a little easier and tried at every turn to alleviate the financial burden by not over-charging, not trying to sell us things our loved one didn't need and not tagging on added fees. In a world where much of the death industry is dominated by huge corporate concerns, working with this kind family business was a relief. Thank you!!

I am truly appalled at the bad reviews I read. I know funerals are a sad and stressful time for all, but Dial &Dudley have handled my friends, my ex in laws, a lot of people I loved and cherished. They made sure we felt like we could be a family and visit as long as needed. All floral arrangements were displayed, other than one that arrived during the funeral. They made sure there were tissues, coffee, water and a dire tor should we need anything. They even printed extra items when we had more than expected show. feel like what I put my loved one in their hands it becomes their loved one.

Dial and Dudley is a wonderful place that takes great care of your loved ones. They have helped us with my mother, Grandmother, and both my Grandfather's. I would highly recommend them. They are very sweet and loving people. They also don't over charge on anything. They are also laid back and not uptight people. I will use them again and again.

This isn't our first funeral by any means at Dial and Dudley, but this was by far the most difficult situation. So many things occurred. But Dial and Dudley are amazing and they saved the day. From the bottom of my heart... I thank you all for what you do.

Owners and staff are helpful and compassionate. Funerals are meant to be a reflection of someone's life so each are different and unique. I felt that every funeral I attended at this location was personalized and comforting. Funerals are also very expensive but here I felt treated like family and not "sold" on upgrades or taken advantage of in any way. Finance shouldn't be a concern but it is for everyone and they understand that and don't make you feel like you cared less because you can't afford this or that. I will use them in future...but hopefully not to soon.

The most caring people that you would want on your side dealing with the loss of a loved one.. in my case,,, my family and I lost 3 at one time. They were never apart in life, and the funeral home make sure that my three loved ones was not separated in death. I now have my own burial through dial and Dudley so that my children will not have to worry about how they are going to do anything, it's already been taken care of for them.

Reynae and her staff have gone above and beyond on several occasions to exceed the expectations of my family and I during our time of loss. This is the best funeral home . My nieces mother funeral today and Reynae did a awesome job. she helped us through the whole thing. She altered things to our needs this place is awesome I highly recommend it!!!
