I can’t say enough great things about Mike, our salesman, and Tammy, the store manager, at Ferguson’s. A few days before my wife’s recent back surgery, we realized we needed a new recliner to aid in her recovery. We headed to Benton to look. When it seemed traffic delays would cut it close to closing time, we called to let them know. Mike said he would be happy to stay and help us. We arrived to great hospitality and never seemed rushed. Their selection was great and in stock was better than any other place we had looked. We sat in some very highly rated recliners and once we made our selection, Tammy made sure it would be delivered before my wife came home from the hospital. Now she is enjoying her new Flexsteel recliner and recovering nicely. Even I get to sit in it once in awhile! In this time of supply chain issues beyond their control, it was great to find a place that was up front about availability and went out of their way to take care of the customer.

Thank you, Ferguson Furniture! Super pleased with my experience. Tammy gave us a great price, and said delivery would be 5-6 weeks. It was delivered in 3 weeks. And the crew that came over were friendly, quick, and accommodating. They arranged the couch exactly where I wanted it. We will definitely shop there again.

They are very kind and friendly sales agents. We bought 3 chairs, but apon delivery they only had 2 so we had to get something else. Yuck

My family went in today looking for a sectional. We were greeted when we walked in and got a really good feel for the place. Tammy was amazing! She was patient with me as I was very picky and wanted to be sure I was investing in the perfect piece for our home. There was absolutely zero pressure to purchase, and to me, that means a whole lot! Tammy’s customer service was so incredible that after going to a couple other local furniture stores, I just knew we needed to come back to Ferguson’s. We purchased a sectional this evening and I’m very satisfied with our experience! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very nice store loaded with quality furniture. Went browsing for new recliner and so glad we stopped here. Greeted by Courtney and she spent most of an hour showing us many different styles and features. Best thing... NO PRESSURE TO BUY! We were so impressed, we came back two days later and purchased a zero gravity power recliner. Now thinking of replacing our bed set too! Don't change a thing Ferguson's, your doing it right!

This is a review for both Ferguson’s and Eastman House mattresses :

Bobby spent a long time with me while I tested mattresses. He gave me what I felt was his honest opinion, not some salesman spiel. I left, and came back later that day for another test of the mattress that I liked. He was very accommodating, even switching bases around for me because we have a motion bed. I did a lot of Googling, but Eastman House mattresses are not widely advertised. Courtney, my first contact at Ferguson’s, told me Eastman House had a lumbar support feature which she said was extremely beneficial to her. We ended up making the purchase after Courtney kindly sent me multiple photos of the mattress plus more information from the manufacturer. It was delivered (very professionally I must say), four weeks earlier than stated. We slept on it last night and my husband, the one who needs the lumbar support, woke up with his spine in complete alignment this morning, which is almost never the case. I hope this mattress continues to perform like this for years to come. Thank you Ferguson’s and especially Courtney and Bobby.

My wife and I visited the store today looking at beds. We had a young man named Bobby who helped us and also earned our business. A manager named Jonathan visited with us as well and helped with our decision. Both representatives did all they could do to help us choose what was right for us. I feel they were both very honest and had a good knowledge about the products. We consider ourselves to be good shoppers and were given a good deal at Ferguson.
We are out of town and shopped locally and then we drove about 45 minutes to shop Ferguson's. We are glad we did. If you are looking for furniture or a new bed, I recommend at least giving Bobby a shot at making you a good deal and making it worth your time to make the drive. They also are local family owned and I like that too.....These chain stores have enough business. Give the local guys a chance to help you.

Ferguson’s gave us excellent service!! We had a defective chair and they were so nice to replace it! Because of their service, we bought a bed from them!
The delivery team of Brady and Mike are very professional. They called to let us know they were on their way, took great care with the products they delivered, were very careful moving things around our house, and were very friendly.
I appreciate Ferguson’s sales people, the people who set up appointments and the delivery team.
We will do busy with Ferguson’s again!

I just moved to Benton, Arkansas and waiting on the moving truck. I am a disabled veteran with physical issues. I have been sleeping on the floor of my new home and decided to look for a mattress until my bed arrived.
My wife and I went to several stores and was not impressed with price or services. We made it to Ferguson's Furniture and was treated extremely well.
Glen showed several bed options and explained what each option was and how that would benefit me. I explained we were looking for a temporary mattress because I no longer could sleep on the floor.
Once Glen found out I was sleeping on the floor, he immediately set us up with a bed set to fit our budget. He then got the store manager John who assisted in our purchase. BOTH MEN told me "you should not be sleeping on the floor, your a veteran, we take care of are veterans."
The delivery of the bed would have been several days, but the Ferguson's family of employees went ABOVE AND BEYOND. They personally got involved to deliver my bed that same day. Store Manger, John personally delivered the bed to my home within 45 minuets.
Ferguson's Furniture made my wife and I feel like respected people of Benton's Community. They saw a person in need of care and they provided my family with respect and quality support.

I needed two pieces of furniture during the heart of the pandemic and didn't want to shop in store. A saleswoman called me, listened to what I was looking for, took pictures and sent them to me. She stayed in my price range and found exactly what I needed. We completed the transaction over the phone and we picked up the furniture and it was placed directly in our vehicle.
When looking for living room furniture and a mattress for my son who was moving 2 hours away, I tried local stores thinking it would be easier. The sales people in the other town were not helpful at all and didn't want to be bothered. I called the saleswoman at Ferguson's and she helped me out. we purchased living room furniture and a mattress set from them again. They loaded my furniture into my uhaul and we transported it 2 hours. Customer service is well worth the drive to Benton! Will buy from them again!

I was greeted by Smiling Tammy as soon as I walked in the door and she commanded my attention from start to finish. She took care of everything for me. She was polite, patient, knowledgeable and very dedicated to my every concern and wish. Every other staff member I encountered, including Tammy, were very friendly and warm!! I enjoyed my entire time spent with FERGUSONS FURNITURE COMPANY Staff. Give them a try if you havent! They're Awesome!! And if you have, try them again and again.

I discovered Ferguson’s before we moved to Hot Springs. Bobby was the salesman that answered my questions when I called to find out if they sold Flexsteel furniture. We talked many times before we stopped into the store. The exact sofa I wanted they had in stock and were able to hold until our house was finished being built. Bobby was great to deal with as he was knowledgeable and patient with me as I tried to make decisions. Bo was the delivery guy and he was also very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend Ferguson’s furniture to anyone. Be sure to ask for Bobby!!

First I like to say that I have deleted my original detailed buying experience because issues happen no matter where you shop, however, Ferguson's store manager acknowledge and addressed the issues in a very timely and professional manner.

First time visit to Ferguson's as we're new to area. Went in looking for Flexsteel Recliners and salesperson was knowledgeable in this brand and their offerings. We bought Flexsteel 2 recliners that are built the way they should be. Look great and feel great. Delivery and setup was as easy as it gets. Guys were very professional and did and excellent job. Once again there were issues but addressed timely and to my satisfaction. I will definitely visit them the next we need furniture.

I want to say that just yesterday evening I went in the store AT CLOSING TIME (long story) and the guy working went above and beyond to help us. He stayed 30 minutes late to help us find a mattress for my daughter. We didn't feel rushed...and got a great price! I felt so bad keeping him late, but he never acted bothered by it and was more than happy to stay for us. Thank you so much for your help!!!! My daughter loves her mattress! WE WILL BE BACK FOR SURE!

This was the best furniture buying experience I've ever had. My grandmother was searching for another recliner after having bad experiences from 2-3 other stores and the salesman was extremely patient and understanding and helped get her fitted for the best recliner for her body type. Super accommodating and informative and made the whole experience easy!

I can't say enough about the great experiences we've had while shopping at Ferguson's. We look at other furniture stores, but usually end up back at Ferguson's. If you go, ask for Amy. You will receive personal attention and excellent suggestions, if you need it. Amy helped me define my decorating style and choose the perfect furniture and decor. After I described pieces I was looking for, she would even watch as new furniture arrived to see if something came in that I might like. She was not pushy at all and quite patient with me no matter how many questions I had. I am thrilled with our furniture selections and could not have made all these decorating decisions without her.

anything to make a quick sell, what they do is give you all
the knowledge about the product your wanting to purchase.

My husband and I were looking for a mattress set for our guest room and needed it for Thanksgiving weekend. Our salesman quickly found a comfortable mattress and the sales manager, Jonathan, overheard our dilemma as we could not carry it up our stairs. He made sure it would arrive before Wednesday and in fact it was delivered Monday! He followed up to make sure I had been contacted by the delivery department. This type of customer service is why I will see them for any future furniture needs.

This was more than I expected I have been looking to buy a good quality bed for a reasonable price for a long time now. And with my husband being a diabetic and poor circulation and myself with lower back pain we both needed to get a good nights rest at the end of the day. As I began my journey on getting a bed my first stop was Ferguson in Benton, as I shopped around I ended up back at Ferguson in Benton and my sales person Jonathan Seales made such a good impression I told him I will be back and I kelp my word to him by coming back, Anyways he not only showed me what I was looking for but had me to lay on the different mattress to see what best fits me and my husband style of the way we sleep and the comfort of each mattress,he also work very well with you when you working with a budget. I never thought my first experience in a buying a big purchase would be a good on. We had THE single best experience with the sales manager Jonathan that we have ever had shopping for a mattress! All we went in with was our mattress was 15 years old and we were in pain! We went in not knowing a single thing about what type of mattresses did what and walked out with full knowledge of what works for our specific needs based on the position we sleep in and the pain in our lower back. He took his time, answered every single question, and gave us a in depth demonstration on different types of mattresses including us trying them out in the exact positions we sleep in and on the side of the bed we choose each night. He was not pushy he did not hover and gave us the time to talk it over privately. They also had the best quality mattresses for the cheapest price in our area! He was completely open and transparent about the pricing with zero hidden costs! Go see him I promise you will not be disappointed! We are customers for life!
